Wait was long because of being short staffed. Like everyone these days. Our waitress was super nice and did a really good job. Food was hot and correct. We froze because of how cold it was inside! But overall it was a good night. I think almost $4.00 for a soda is ridiculous.

This Red Lobster location is unpredictable. At times it is great, while others it is horrendous. It feels as if they "judge" their customers and adjust their service and friendliness accordingly. This psychology is weird, gives bad vibes and is very unprofessional and a turn-off. Some items are unavailable and rebates found in the app do not apply at the restaurant sometimes (like during holidays). It is disappointing. However, when the service is good, everything is great, and some service personnel are very nice and efficient. We are coming back to this location less and less.

This use to be our "go to" chain restaurant.Due to Covid we hadn't been to Red Lobster in 3 years. What happened?Today we stopped in at around 4pm.There were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot, not busy at all.It took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there. Another 10 before a waitress showed up. Again there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant.Another 10 minutes went by before our drinks arrived and maybe 25 minutes before we got our food.Garlic rolls use to be piping hot and moist, these were dry and lacked flavor.Shrimp scampi was nothing like I remember it being. It was also flavorless and undercooked. Our baked potatoes had obviously been cooked during lunch. Dry, wrinkled, and barely hot enough to melt butter. My wife ordered scallops and received fish. By the time she received what she ordered, we were done eating everthing else.We didn't raise a fuss about it. We just won't return.Too many other options.Hope things get better.

So I feel bad about writing a negative review especially about a restaurant I have been going to since I was a kid. Red lobster is one of my favorite places to eat and I have never had a bad experience at any of their restaurants in the last 30 years until tonight. One of my favorite meals is the all you can eat shrimp and when that isn’t available I get the Seaside shrimp trio and each dish has always been better than expected except for the one I was served tonight. The Walt’s Shrimp was the only one of the 3 options you get with the trio that tasted fresh and I was able to eat. The other 2 options (shrimp scampi & shrimp alfredo) were awful and tasted old and rubbery and I legit about puked after one bite I took of the scampi. Also I have always loved the ranch Red Lobster used on my salad on past visits but the ranch on the salad I had to night had a odd tang to it and tasted like a cheap ranch that sat in the fridge opened for the a few years. I feel sick now but pray this experience hasn’t ruined my love for shrimp and Red Lobster because I need them in my life lol. Anyways I make a scene or demand my meal be free or discounted because that’s not my style. I paid the bill and left a tip like normal. Sorry for the bad review!

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly grandmother and her friend. Both in their 70s. They had lunch here today 6/22 around noon. They ordered two house salads, shrimp trio and lobster fest. This is a place they visit several times a year. Today there was a maggot in one of the house salads. They advised their server of the maggot/worm and explained they did not want the salads anymore. She apologized and the manager came to ask if they were “ok” they said yes besides the salad ordeal which was apologized for again. They got their checks and nothing (not even the maggot salad) was comped or taken care of! Of course they didn’t put up a fuss at all and Red lobster isn’t a cheap place so they expected to pay for their meals but the fact that they had a live maggot/worm in their food and had to pay full price for everything is ridiculous. Finding a hair is one thing but something alive? No way… none of us will be eating here again unfortunately. Red Lobster please take care of your customers!

Good food, right price, nice waitress.

The server was not personable at all. Service was slow. There wasn't very many people there. The salad no longer comes with the entree even though the price has gone up considerably. The salad was supposed to be 2.99 with the entree but was charged 4.99. Not the same Red Lobster it used to be.....? plus I received an email from Open table wondering why we missed our reservation....we were in the restaurant eating at the time..... overall a bad experience

In hindsight I fully understood why there was a 25-minute wait to be seated when we arrived for a very early dinner about 2:30 pm on a recent Saturday. This restaurant near Valley West Mall was very busy for very good reasons: Incredibly friendly and helpful wait staff, excellent food, competitive prices, and a pleasing atmosphere. My wife had stuffed flounder. I ordered a combination from the “select 3” menu option. My wife says the flounder was fantastic. My order - a serving of lobster bisque, three coconut-crusted shrimps and.generous piece of breaded cod with French fries — was delicious. The food was hot and promptly served. We enjoyed cole slaw and cheddar biscuits and large glasses of tea with our dinners. We were stuffed. A very enjoyable time was had by all! To be sure, I was surprised that we had to wait, given the time of day we arrived, but then who am to think that we are the only folks who occasionally like to dine early. We had not been to Red Lobster for two or three years. We’ll be back soon.
