This place is horrible. They never give me the right tea. We ask for sweet tea and get unsweet. Or the employee tries to give you 3/4 unsweet and then 1/4 sweet. I will not be back .
Went inside because the line was wrapped around the building. Food was hot and fresh, but it really needs more attention to overflowing trash cans throughout the inside and outside, including bathroom trash. The tea and drink station was so sticky and dirty.
Go here often enough to understand when I order there if it's not the standard meal it WILL be messed up. But luckily with such a limited menu we still walk away from it with vaguely what we want. I love Raising Cane's but the current staffing is very lacking in attentive order taking.Positives• It's hard to mess up the food here with the limited menu• Efficient at working through a line which happens oftenNegatives / Needs some work• Orders 9 times out of 10 WILL be messed up• Charged for things we did not receive OFTEN• Window staff will try to correct you on what "You ordered" and try to modify your order outside of what you actually asked for. Sometimes making modifications that were never brought up when speaking to them.
Great lunch...4 piece basket with fries , cole slaw, texas toast, and drink for around $10 with tax. Fantastic service at the counter also.
Drove 9 miles to try the chicken that gets rave reviews. Walked up to door and it was locked! Called the manager, and of course he blamed it on not finding enough help to work. The drive thru lines were incredibly long so I know business is good! With business like that, they could pay more to get more help! It was poor customer service in not providing some type of notification of their closed doors on social media!
It took almost 40 minutes to get our food. For the wait and cost, it wasn’t anything special. Moist chicken but no seasoning/flavor. Not worth the wait.
1 hour wait to get food after order placed in dining room! ?. No leadership today to maintain the flow of food or customers. As I walked out with my carryout 70 minutes after entering the building, 20+ full tables and only 4 tables actually had food. Orders were served out of order, and online orders were not cooked until the customer arrived. When our food arrived, the chicken strips were fresh but smelled and tasted like cigarettes. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. I like Cane’s Chicken, but don’t see myself ever going back. Do yourself a favor and drive one minute west to Chick-fil-A and get your food in 10 minutes even on the busiest day.
While their menu is fairly limited, what they offer is very good! The chicken fingers are fantastic! I am not a big fan of their coleslaw, but I am very picky when it comes to slaw. Overall, I like the idea of doing a smaller number of things, but doing them well. I will return!
Ordered my food online so I would not have to wait in line! Lobby doors were locked and could not pick up my order! There was a sign on the door that said call a phone number if you did online ordering. No one was answering the phone and after about 10 to 15 rings phone call would get disconnected. Had to wait in line for over 40 minutes for food that was ready right when I got there. All the person in the Drive-Thru had to say after I complained was sorry. Worst service ever!
Place is usually ridiculous busy, but pretty good at pumping out the food fairly fast. Pretty good food. Have been there a handful of times and food has always been hot and fresh. Not a big fan of their sauce, I’m a ranch sauce girl. Only downside is the lobby is closed a lot so makes it hard to walk in and get food or eat in.
