This pizza was so bad just look at the picture. I can't eat that.
I ordered pizza for a small group of kids. I wanted my order to be here at certain time, so I ordered in advance with that time chosen. Very nice option. I got to order before it got busy. My order arrived 10 minutes after the time I scheduled which was great. Plus we have construction going on right now so that may have contributed to any time difference. The pizza showed up and the kids started devouring it before I got pictures. It was very good. No problems like the other reviews. I will probably get more cheese in the future because our kids like a lot of cheese on their pizza. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Our delivery driver was very nice too!
We love the pizza. It's always good! The staff is friendly we re in and out in 10 min or less. Highly recommended.
I placed an order tonight at 12:18. The estimated time was 20-30mins.Im still waiting and the order never arrived.Never followed up with me until I drove the next day and asked for a refund
Only ordered 1 pizza got 2 pizza. Ordered garlic cheese bread but got cheese sticks. Lady toold us they had white sauce so we ordered 4 and didn't get them. Also ordered pan crust and got hand tossed. When we asked lady to repeat address of our hotel she gave us the address to the pizza hut location. Giving 2 stars because delivery kid was very polite and nice!
One of the worst experanced I have ever had at a pizza hut. Food was incorrect, staff didnt seem to even care. Customer service didnt even exist. Every one working just didnt care about anything. Very disappointed I had thought pizza hut was turning a corner and coming back to it glory like it was in the past. I have learned my lesson and will move on to another food establishment that appreciates its customers.
I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. When they arrived the taco pizza had no toppings and was just sausage on bean dip. I called the store and was informed they would remake it and get it out to me in about 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I recalled the store as the pizza had not shown I was once again told they would send it out. I instead asked for a refund since at that point I just was done. The man on the phone became rude and condescending and when I asked for his name hung up on me. Now I have neither a pizza nor my money.
I ordered the stuffed crust special, but received a regular pan pizza. Still good, but not what I wanted and expected.
I have not had Pizza Hut in a while and still the great pizza it always has been. Thank you. Our delivery driver was so kind and respectful.
The manager at the 60th and Ashworth location is a rare gem. Pizza Hut should appreciate his great work ethic and wonderful customer service. I see him working along side his employees to do whatever it takes to make this location have an excellent service to its customers. Thank you to the awesome manager...I do not know his name but order for curbside often. He drops everything to answer the telephone and takes the orders out himself. I will continue to order from this Pizza Hut only because of the manager.
