Cold, watered down, soup that only filled a quarter of the bowl, every table was full of crumbs and sticky, floor of the kitchen was viewable from the ordering counter so you could it was covered in napkins and food, out of half of the menu.

Best customer service I’ve had in years, the cashier Spencer Reich was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. Definitely deserves a raise!

I come here all the time and I am never unsatisfied. Always good food and drinks. Great pastries.

Rude staff yelling curse words as soon as I walked in however I bought a Mac and cheese sandwich from here and when I went to bite it there was small ice crystals in it and it was partly frozen and cold. Asked for a refund and they told me it wasn’t an option. Go to any other location then this one.

Wanted breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Menu board was broken, so was verbally told what the options were. ( No prices communicated). Ordered them on brioche. Went to the counter to I thought pick up our sandwiches to be told that they were out of brioche.

Check your take out before leaving! Paid for two muffins but when I open the sack at home there was one. There is no option provided to correct the problem other than making a second trip so I learned a lesson I guess. Management should know service here has taken a dive.Anyone else wonder if these are ever read?

Wait times can be a little high especially if you come in during busy times (lunch, dinner rush) or if they're obviously understaffed. But if you come in at slower times (mid-afternoon for example) service can be pretty quick! Food overall isn't bad, a bit overpriced but it's not like anyone at the store has any say in that. I always order only one sandwich, but I modify my order a lot and they still make it to perfection!

First time to a Panera and I was very pleased. Great salad for a good price. And the staff was excellent.

I thought the point of having a breakfast deadline is so people know how late they can get breakfast. At the Panera on university I ordered breakfast at 10:25 which yes, is close to the 1030 deadline but they told me they are no longer doing breakfast. Just because they already started putting away their breakfast items, shouldn’t mean they can switch things around and be lazy, so I walked.

Lunch order through DoorDash.On time but the pastry item said "out see cashier" so I think the driver was to see them about a substitute. Delivered as is no refund mentioned on the partial order. The bbq chicken sandwich was made with butter melted,wet,greasy bread. Soft and squishy, not browned at all. This is what I expect from a gas station not Panera. Will likely cancel my coffee subscription now. Quality has really taken a dive. I should contest the credit card charge since the order is incomplete, and food not as described. $15 for this garbage?
