she told us five minutes for the beijing beef to be ready, we waited way more than just five minutes and they decided to make it last. she didn’t even tell the cook to make the beef first before anything and instead made other food that people didn’t even ask for. when we decided to get something else so we can hurry up and leave, she just rudely handed us the food without saying goodbye or anything. bad location
is this even real food yall orange chicken was harder than rocks and tasted like funky town. can yall up the game on the orange chicken please or at least make sure its warm
Food was good and the staff were very friendly. The dining room was also open and very clean.
Horrible customer service. I got a few orders of appetizers to go. Learned from past experiences that they sometimes don't give sweet and sour sauce unless you ask. First time she came to the window for my payment, she flat out interrupted me asking for any and just took the card. When she came back to give me back the card and my order, I asked a second time for plenty of sauce, since I had many items. She yelled 'In the bag.' Shut the window and walked away. I got two packets. Thanks.
My order took 30 mins longer than promised. This is 2 orders of broccoli beef and I did not receive a single full slice of beef. Just crumbles of beef bites. Panda Express, you are so disappointing and disgusting by how you treat customers
I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff of this location. The food was solid! Today behind us in line we had a huffy Karen in a white Audi storm into the building and sigh very loud as everyone was working hard. Between our order and Karen’s they ran out of two items. When I say Karen threw a fit that was an understatement. She was so rude and couldn’t wait the 4 minutes for more food to be made. The staff was very professional and went completely out of their way to make Karen happy.
I have eaten here before, and usually the order is right but kinda meh quality. Today the order was wrong and meh quality... they must be short staffed cuz the guy ahead of me was waiting about 7 minutes for someone to take his order in the drive thru.I know my review means nothing, but today did cause me to drop my rating.
The staff at this location always greets me with a smile. The food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
Almost every time I’ve tried to get food they are closed. Issue is they always seem to be closed almost a hour or so before the actually time posted on the store or online.And it’s not every once in a while it seems to be every time I try to go there.
Went in for lunch with my daughter around 11:45am (so, not unpopular time). Food was not hot temperature wise and fountain drink warm (was out of ice and they pre-filled cup with ice). Fried rice seemed stale. Below average experience.
