We had a positive experience with PF Changs delivery service. The driver forgot one of our entrées and right when I called, they were expecting me to call. They were extremely polite & took care of the issue. My husband went and got the entrée since we didn't live too far away & they had a fresh one ready for him to pick up and more. Overall, the food was great, service was top notch. Its good see restaurants care about their service to their customers. We will eat there again.
The food was good but the service was super slow. Our waitresses seemed to have something else going on. My sister-in-law and I went to lunch and we got our appetizers super quick. But we waited for our drinks for awhile, by the time they arrived we were finishing our appetizers. Then we finally got to order our food, which took a bit longer to come out. When it did, we ate in about twenty minutes or so, but sat there because the waitresses were taking so long to come back. It wasn't super busy either, it just felt like we definitely weren't the priority.
The restaurant hadnât received our Open Table reservation. Luckily we didnât have to wait long to be seated. The restaurant was short staffed, which is expected these days. Service was a little slow and our appetizer came out after our meal. I think I got a different wine than I ordered. The quality of food was good, and very tasty. Our server was friendly but everything was slow.
Came in only to find their system does not communicate with open table and had no reservation in a busy area on a Friday night.
Normally it’s good, but had to call back in upon arrival after 20min to remind them I was there for curbside and was still waiting. Get home and somehow they forget the rice…that’s a staple with every dish. Very disappointed.
Wow! Look out before going here. We tried to go a couple of months ago on Sunday after church. They were doing no dine in and told us it would be two hours before they could do a carry out. I wrote to tell of my disappointment. We got a $20 gift card. My grandson LOVES this place ... so, back in Des Moines again. Made a reservation and arrived promptly at 12:15 to a sign on the door indicating no dine in available. Told them Open Table had even indicated we were "confirmed." VERY very disappointed AGAIN! We used our gift card from last time ... and won't be back. I know hiring is somewhat difficult right now. But, something must be going on internally, as business complete with employees and patrons, seemed to be booming everywhere else in the mall.
Wow! This is the second time we tried to eat here. We made a reservation, had the reservation confirmed and showed up to a note on the door saying they had carside and carry out only! When we asked at the front they said that they have only very sporadically been open for dine in. We asked if we could do carry out. They stared at us blankly and asked if we knew what we wanted. We asked for a menu. There were 6 of us - they gave us one menu. They mumbled something about reservations should have been blocked and everyone notified. I pulled up the confirmation text on my phone. They really weren't interested. We drove our food the 30 minutes home and ate lukewarm food from plastic containers. Not really what we had anticipated for our Sunday family dinner. Not sure what the problem is, as every other restaurant was bustling. Must be some underlying problem within the organization. We won't be trying this place again. (The last time we were walk ins as a party of 6, they told us they couldn't seat us and that carry out would be over 2 hours ... there was one table seated at the time in this HUGE dining area and no one seemed to be in a hurry to do anything. We went to a bustling Texas Roadhouse and had a nice meal.) This restaurant clearly has a problem.
Well, I wouldn’t know. We showed up for lunch and they were closed. I didn’t receive an email or anything. I will NEVER go to a PF Changs again. There was 8 in our group, trying to find somewhere else to eat was a big challenge-being that it was graduation weekend. I sent PF an email but have yet to hear from them, most unprofessional. I realize everyone is short staffed but this was ridiculous. They had my email and phone number. Not cool
I had a wonderful experience tonight at Changs. From the very attentive and helpful staff. To the delicious food. We eat out quite a bit and as a couple who works in the restaurant industry, it was so refreshing to have great service, and delicious food in a clean restaurant. Brian the manager was helping out and came and visited our table. Much appreciated Brian! You and you’re team are doing great given the circumstances of todays world. Also a shout out to our host Jaya for being so polite! And to our waiter Greg! He was super knowledgeable about the menu and I had a bunch of questions. We had a long day and it was nice to share some laughs with him and finally enjoy some much needed great service! We will be back with friends and family. It was my girlfriends first time and she was so nervous about eating here but she loved it!
Excellent Service....Food was Outstanding....I would recommend the BBQ pork ribs from the appetizers....they were amazing! 5 stars out of 5 stars.
