Northern Lights gave us an excellent deal for the Walnut Creek YMCA swim team end of season party. Food was great and delivered on time! Staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this option especially if you need to feed lots of people!
This is my first time ordering from here. I don't think I'll return. The food was luke warm. It tasted fine, though. The driver was a different story. I've never seen a driver hold a pizza bag side ways. I think he was too busy reading the signs in my apartment to know what he was doing. He was pretty awkward. I think I'll stick to Domino's.
Ordered 2 scooby snacks and gave my phone number and paid over the phone and then went to confirm my address and they said they don't deliver to me. I asked the manager why they didn't confirm the address and she said it wasn't her fault and it was a new guy and that's why it didn't happen. Now I have to wait for a refund per the manager for 5 days, not very professional.
Very friendly staff. The lady on the phone took my order since the store closer to me closed at 10 o'clock. It took about an hour to get to me and everyone from the delivery driver to the staff on the phone was super nice and friendly and I even had a great small talk conversation with the driver. You guys are great, keep it up!
I ordered a large pizza breadsticks and a 2 liter the driver couldn't find my girlfriends apt he was lost for a half hour by the time I got my food he was on foot an my food was cold it was like it was in the fridge overnight I will not order from there again unless they make it up to me im a usual customer we order from there alot thanks for making it right and getting us a new order on national pizza day it was perfect thanks again

Fresh and timely delivery. Great tasting Pizza. Having not had a Taco Pizza in a while my wife and I decided to order from the Northern Lights Pizzeria just up the street. And like always it was just amazing.
The staffs are super friendly and nice, the pizza and breadsticks taste amazing! Highly recommend! A+++++
Best Pizza Place! Every time we call and order food they are always nice, polite and friendly. The drivers are always friendly. Our food is always delivered fast and it is always hot. We haven’t ever had any problems with our orders.
