I was totally ignored at the drive through and had to go inside just to order. Was not happy at all. It was clean inside and the counter person was very apologetic. I may or may not visit this site again.
I love their frappe. And their frozen fruit flavored drinks. The frozen coke is also good.
To whom it may concern: This is the second time I've visited this location in the past week. On both visits there was no one working the front counter and the kiosk was unable to accept my payment leading to a lengthy wait time to order and pay. On my first visit I got a cheeseburger with no meat patty. On today's visit I again waited over 15 minutes for my order. It was 2 iced coffees. The store is an absolute mess. Trash everywhere, overflowing trash cans, dust and dirt near where the cups are, spilled mess on the counter, and someone's bag just laying in the food prep area. There is vast room for improvement in speed, service, and cleanliness. This was at 3 pm and I was only the customer inside and far past the lunch rush.
The breakfast sandwiches were great, no complaints there. However, I ordered 3 iced caramel macchiato and what I received wasn't it. I buy this daily and know how it's supposed to look and taste. A hash brown was missing too. I don't mind paying but I want to receive what I have paid for too.
That was actually the WORST sandwich I have ever had from ANY McDonald's! Because yes that is really my food with no mayo and 2 tiny ounces of lettuce.Well at least I had some cold, soggy fries to go with it
I think this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Everybody always acts like they want to be at work. Always a smile on their face and a nice pleasant repertoire. And my food is always hot. The fries are good but they could work on them being a little fresher and hotter.
This place needs better staffing and management. The lines are 30minutes or more for fast food! I've watched 2 employees walk out and cuss up a storm while doing it in front of guests that have been waiting 30minutes for their food and the employees say loudly they dont care. I could get faster Service at a fine dining restaurant and not have to deal with the attitude and bad language and service. Get it together for Pete's sake.
Food is OK. Chick Fil A is closed so McDonald's is my other option.
The food was fast and got. My only complaint is that the ice cream machine was down and i couldn't get a Shamrock shake. The employees were super friendly.
Delicious! Clean parking lot and well marked drive thru lane made waiting a breeze. We were there for the breakfast rush. Staff were friendly and got the order right. All items were hot and fresh.
