Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Food was good service was fast.

They are paid anywhere from 12 to 15 an hour. But they still get our order wrong. What the hell is wrong with these fast for joints. They don't care since it's a franchise.

Better since they rebuilt & now have to lanes & updated menu board ..but sometimes you still wait too long in drive thru

The food was actually good but it took forever to get our order then it wasn't correct! We love going here and will continue but service could be picked up!

I ordered lunch for my children and ask for extra ketchup everytime. I drive up in pay at the first window and get to the second window to get the food and there is never any ketchup packets. So I asked for ketchup packets and the lady gives me 2 with an eye to might i add. I said come on you are going to have to give me more than that so then she proceeded to rudely hand me two more and shut the window. I am not sure what the deal is with ketchup and McDonald's but they don't want to give them to you. I guess we will stick to Chick-fil-A where the employees actually care. Do better, I know everyone has a bad day but come on.

Literally the slowest drive thru I have ever been to and the food is barely cooked. Takes about 30 minutes to pick up an online order and fries always soggy bruh cmon if im gonna eat this trash food at least cook it and dont make me wait 45 mins for a mcdouble

Zero stars!!! First off it took 25 minutes to get through the drive (I watched 6 cars pull out of the line and leave because it was taking so long and the lines were barely moving) just for them to give me the wrong coffee so I go around and park my car and go in. I told them what I ordered ( a large iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso) and she had to go ask her manager if she could remake it. So I’m waiting and they try and hand me a medium one with no extra shot. She they go to make another one and I finally just asked for my money back because i shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes and go in and then still get the wrong stuff. The manager didn’t say anything, no sorry for the wait, no sorry we messed it up again… & she tried to refund me 3.63 when I paid 4.27… the manager never said one word to me. Which I find extremely rude and terrible customer service! Also all the customers inside were complaining for how long everything was taking… worst experience ever!!!!!

Food didn't taste right this time but usually it's good so I will keep 5 stars .

They messed up on my order bad! I showed them the proof that they did it and yet there was nothing they could do to make it right I advise no one to go to this location! Customer service skills at its lowest

Very terrible customer service. The manager that was on duty obviously needs to find a different job as he has NO customer service skills. If you do not like your job go find a different one. Just from giving a smile, I was told he wouldn’t have me back in “his” store. Obviously I wouldn’t want to go back to “his” store.
