I just wish they could get my order right like once in awhile and why do they never have strawberry shakes?! They are going to drive us all away.
Horrible customer service. When I was in the drive though, none of the employees responded to me when they took my money and gave me my drink. Will not be going back. Very disrespectful people
Every time I get my salt-less fries, most locations like to be petty and throw a bunch of salt packets into my bag assuming I'm only asking for salt-less fries so they're fresh. I adore that they don't do that here. If I really wanted fresh, salty fries I'd ask for it, but I don't like salt on my McDonald's fries. The salt covers up the flavor of the potato too much. This location has never made me feel weird or bad for not wanting overly salted fries. I so appreciate the employees at this location.
Sometimes it can be hit or miss here but if you have to wait in line it's worth it because the food will be hot and the fries will be fresh! There seems to be new workers there all the time but they seem to have to put up with a lot! Fast food work can be very stressful!
Came t this location after the trinity of terror tour concert. My friend I waited in line because they were packed. I'm so glad they were still opened and the staff was super nice. I appreciated how guickly they got us our right food. We didn't have to wait on our food either. Would definitely go to this location again.
Great place David cosner who is a night manager always makes sure my husband has fresh coffee and I have hot fresh fries when we come in! The store is always nice and clean too! Good job!
Horrible service. l ordered a fish sandwich without cheese, you guessed it, the sandwich had cheese. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new sandwich. The boy who bagged my food literally came from the dining room from cleaning tables - he didn't bother to wash his hands and proceeded to palm my fries to put in the bag. At this point after waiting 20 minutes for a fast food order I left and theew the food away. The manager was to busy working drive thru to offer any assistance. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. The $15 hour hiring incentive is very evident- below average customer service and professionalism.
This location has improved but still struggles at afternoon and evening peak times. Food is typically consistent with the corporate standard for taste and appearance unless they're busy, sandwiches get thrown together and barely wrapped. Shake machine has a surprisingly better up-time than other locations.
What's was the point of upgrading the drive threw if you are always keeping one lane closed??? Seems like a lot of wasted money to me and it annoys your customers too
I went to McDonald's with my family, we ordered our meals and we asked for Oreo McFlurrys, Sandwiches with fries. We drove up to the window and waited for awhile for the worker to show up, he was the only worker working by himself at the window while the manager in the back was preparing our food. The worker up front was kind to me but we seen that he hasn't had any gloves on the entire time, so we kind of let that slide.. We weren't really paying attention to the manager that much too.. When we got our food we seen that the worker at the window had rolled his eyes once he handed our McFlurry's and sandwiches. We got our food and I drove off. As I arrived home we ate our food but my child noticed something very disgusting in her sandwich.. even her McFlurry so she decided to stop eating everything, and she threw her food away. My younger son continued eating and so did I. Around 4am my son urged from his bed and threw up on the floor and rushed his way to the bathroom and continued to throw up... then had to use the restroom for a long time after... It got so bad to where he started to get a bad headache, and I had to take him to the hospital.. I haven't ever seen him throw up in so long.. He couldn't make it to school... I believe this is food poisoning... After all he just continued to throw up insanely.. I definitely do not recommend the McDonalds here at West Des Moines, IA... Very sketchy place and SELFISH workers.. Not to be trusted at ALL.
