I used to come here all the time and thought I'd try it again since I was in the area. I ordered online and opted for curbside pickup and when I selected "I'm here" nobody came out. I went inside and found my food in the pickup area but they left out my sides and drinks so I had to ask for them. It normally wouldn't bother me but since I used to eat here semi-regularly and know it used to be better I'm kind of disappointed.

The food here is great and the staff is friendly. However don’t plan to sit inside to eat regardless of weather- with the doors constantly opening, it blows right through the whole restaurant. Even if you sit far away from the front door, the same 3 employees are in and out of the side door constantly for no apparent reason. My napkins were all across the store after 5 minutes. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and this is a problem no matter where you choose to sit!

This is by far my favorite deli since I moved to town in January. Great selection of sandwiches, made with quality ingredients and good enough portion sizes for leftovers as a second meal. Lemonade is delicious as well. Thanks for the service!

[ New Management is aweful ]Don't even think of ordering online. Here's what happened. Staying late at work so thought I can trust these guys to help me out with some dinner . Put in the order- Came out to around 20 bucks.First off- the order was late. Secondly, they were missing a fork - for the salad. Thirdly, they put tortilla strips in and I told them not to put that in the order because I have allergies.Also they missed one of the dressings and missed the veggies I mentioned. When called, I was directed to speak to "DOOR DASH" and after 40 minutes of my time wasted with those folks , Door Dash told me , McCallisters should have been the one dealing with this because they are ones with my payment info and Door dash is just the intermediary!SMH!! Please- if you are planning to put in an order online - STOP . If you are putting in an order in-store- double check to make sure you have everything. Matter of fact- Tripple check before you leave because this is incompetence at the highest level.I could give this place 0 stars if I could.

My 'New Yorker' lemonade and HUGE cookie were amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I assumed after waiting and line and seeing how busy there would be a wait, but they got my food right out with a smile!

Put in an order for a soup and a sandwich online.Missed chips and gave the wrong soup.When called, put on hold over and over to figure it out. I think it'll be good for someone to look into the management. One thing every restaurant needs to do , maybe I am wrong , is to ensure that they are selling the same food their customer ordered.

1st time there was tonight! Had the roast beef cheddar and Horseradish sandwich with soup. Excellent!

Used to love this place!!!Now it seems there’s a new manager and suddenly service is awful. Dine in soup suddenly isn’t in a bowl! It’s take out and not full. We pay for a bowl not a 1/2 full togo bowl. Three days ago it was at lunch time and he brought out a small extra portion of soup.. apologized and said they were out of regular bowls because they were dirty from lunch rush. Okay fine..Today the first girl said no bowl was because of Covid yet my sandwich was on a plate I said and she pointed out but my cucumber salad was a togo cup lol ?Bottom line, NOT the same great restaurant my friends and I have had lunch at these past couple year’s !!!! Very sad ? ? ?Miss the previous management ‼️‼️
