Food was fine. Ordered through Doordarshan and 2 litter soda was missing. Dasher said the person at the counter told him there was no drink on order. Tried to call but they don't answer the phone in the last 10 minutes they are open, according to manager the next day. As I was walking out he said "All that for a drink?". REALLY?! I had been on a plane all day and didn't feel like cooking or going out for dinner and didn't have anything besides water to drink at home. If you are open you answer the phone and tell people no more orders. . You don't just not answer it. If you want to make a comment about a customer, at least wait until they are gone before you do it. Awful customer service by the night person and the Manager the next day!
Ordered pizza online Tuesday. Went to pick it up and they were closed. They will not answer the phones and corporate customer service is a joke. After waiting on the phone for over 1.5 cumulative hours, they took all my info and told me I had to wait for a call back. That was two days ago. Wish I had money to spend for nothing, but I don’t! I just want a refund. Crazy thing is, they order tracker worked just fine and told me my pizza was ready for pick up. Even got a email confirmation. It’s totally wrong that they will take an online order when the store is closed. Unfortunately, wonder how many other this has happened to.
Every time I go to this location the service is always great, pizza fresh, and store clean! This location is run by great management!
Longest 5 mins of my life. I orderd 2 pizzas and some cheese bread...took 20 mins he says it'll be 5 mins. Lies
I love this location. Always wonderful and delicious. The staff is delightful. I am so grateful to live close to this location. We just picked up the stuffed crust pepperoni and it was AMAZING
Can't bother to answer phone calls, horrible customer service and unable to offer the advertised deals. Every other Little Ceasars allows you to call and place an order since meal deals are only offered online in pepperoni but are also availble in cheese. Wasted my time calling and coming in to the store to ask about getting a crazy bread sticks meal deal just to be told that it doesnt exist. The person at the register also said they don't have a phone number and only take online orders at this location. I will stick to other pizza places that can bother to answer their phones and know the deals their own company offers.
Tried calling several times no answer.I always pre order my food. It's crazy I've been coming to this pizza place for almost 2yrs and always got a answer.So I go in today and was told I couldn't get my pizza cut into squares.I get it cut like this all the time because I have little kids at home. Now I have to order a whole pizza and cut it myself smh
Food was great as always, an employee at the store was extremely helpful with helping me be able to pick up my delivery, a new delivery system where you put in a code in order to get you delivery out of a heated chamber of sorts, and the employee was super helpful and helping me figure it out how to work it and even gave me a quick compliment and treat. The food was amazing and I can never be more thankful for such a great employee
I forgot to post this yesterday, but I came in and get 2 pepperoni pizza and my friends and I loved it so much and it was nicely warm and I live like 5 minutes away from little caesar’s and I sat in my car for about 5 minute and brought the pizza and it was still warm. That pizza was bussin bro. I recommend.
