The restaurant was not all that busy, three to four tables. Our server took 1 hour to take our order. The individuals behind us left without being seen by the waiter. I felt that the food was okay, not something that Iâd make a special trip to get again. I expected it to be a bit pricey, but for the quality of food? It seemed very over priced for food that didnât even taste all that great. My daughter requested some ranch, it didnât come with the meal. She asked for it again. To this day, no one has seen the ranch. I did like the kids play area, but again, not enough for me to justify a $100 meal. Red lobster gives me as much seafood for less price with better service.
Our waiter was excellent, however the food was bland and not good. Definitely not worth the money spent.
What happened? Use to love coming here. Now food quality is poor at best.
Basic chain food. Went for the bisque and it was almost average.
I get trying to get fresh seafood in Iowa isn't cheap, but I would advise to try other restaurants in the area.
We didn’t receive our appetizer until after I had already received my main course. My husbands meal wasn’t even brought to our table until I was almost done eating. Our waitress had a mental breakdown and walked out because the kitchen staff had no idea what they were doing.
My food came out raw in the center and partially frozen
The service was great, the drinks were very strong, the crab and shrimp was over cooked, the corn was good and sausage was very tasty.
We recently visited for our wedding anniversary. My husband (who doesn’t like seafood) had never been and I had not been for a few years. Our waitress was great, helpful and very friendly. Our food was AMAZING! I had the cedar salmon with clams and my husband ordered a streak. We were both extremely impressed with our meals and will definitely be back again!
Food cold, no silverware because none was washed clams never came soup cold and terrible shrimp sampler surf and turf all cold
