Two and a half hours... That's how long it took to recieve our delivery order. The gentleman on the phone was kind and explained huge volume at the time.Suggestion, don't accept delivery orders if it's going to take more than an hour. Unacceptable.
Takes forever for delivery....i get it they have one driver. However last time we ordered I accidently forgot to leave a tip online ( we order from this location alot...this is the first time i forgot). Sorry I had 2 sick kids and haven't slept in 3 days. The driver calls me multiple times apparently to ask if I want to leave a tip....I dont answer because I am tending to a screaming toddler. Apparently this upset him enough to smash the two cookies completely which were for my kids. Almost hilarious because its so inappropriate. Seriously I never leave reviews but this is completely unacceptable.
Literally took 1 hour and 16 minutes to get a sandwich delivered less than 1 mile from the store. Plan your ordering accordingly.
Would recommend. She got my sandwich made in like 15 seconds and I was scared it was not gonna taste or look good but it’s freaking amazing.
The last three times I’ve tried to order delivery, less than a half a block from my house they have cancelled on me. The last time they proved the freaky slow side of their biz model, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for me to call them from the time my order was “out for delivery”, I said cancel my order, their response “cool, will do!” Don’t order here! Save yourself the trouble!
I'm old and as I age I fade away. I was barely visible here, but that's okay. It is as nature intended.Sandwich was excellent.
Went to three jimmy johns 1/8/22 and all were closed! This was around 3-4pm... info on the web said they were open until 8 or 9m..... waste of time...!!
If you haven't tried an unwich, give it a chance, I love their bread, but an unwich with some kickin' ranch, the best.
Just tried ordering online. Absolute nightmare, not user friendly at all. It was much easier to walk in and just grabbed one within 4 minutes flat, paid and out the door. Sandwich was good. Thrown together quick and sloppy, which was a negative and the workers just don't want to be there so maybe new emoloyees? Ordering online sucks!
This store takes forever when making a delivery order. Almost every time I order food it takes well over an hour to be delivered to my house. Not only does it take a really long time to get food, the order is usually incorrect or items are completely forgotten from the bag. I really don’t know why I keep ordering from this company
