Not very nice staff. Asked for the music to be lowered because it has hard rock and not even 2 minutes later the music was turned on again. Very rude. Food was very scimpy, too.
Definitely dont recommend this Jimmy Johns! I would pick another one!
Just hit 2 hours of waiting. People in my office won't order from this location anymore because of how long the delivery takes. Subs so slow you'll freak
Worst location ever. Every time I order from this location takes over an hour to get my food and something is always missing don’t wast your time calling the store either basically told by staff not his problem because he made the sandwich freak fast? Freaking joke!
Ordered a tray of sandwiches and Carson was so patient and helpful. The tray turned out perfect and was enjoyed by all! Thank you JJ of West Des Moines!!!

Probably the slowest Jimmy John's experience I've had. It looked like they were making lunches for some party at the time. The person making the sandwiches was OK, but the lethargic guy rolling and marking the sandwiches had zero sense of urgency. I was the middle of about 5 customers and it took 12 minutes (which isn't bad in the grand scheme of things, but come on....) for them to get our sandwiches. There were 5-6 employees working, but they all seemed to forget their "freaky fast" mantra.
Changed it up from Turkey to Tuna today. Good as always. The thing I like about JJ is that the chip bags are always full. No shortcuts.
Asked for no cheese on my sandwich and they put cheese on it and I took it back up to have it remade and they took the cheese off it and said there I fixed it. It that seriously how you do things in iowa cause where I am from it is not. Very disappointed in this restaurant
I live 5 minutes away from them yet it still takes them an hour to deliver the food
