This has become my favorite JJ's location in town, and it is definitely because of the staff. They are a well-oiled machine of efficiency, and always very friendly (and playing excellent tunes, I might add). I'm kicking myself for not learning his name, but our usual cashier with the immaculate manicures (last week was Marshmello on the ring nails, so cute!) has become a human I look forward to interacting with on my once a week lunch order following a standing appointment I take my daughter to nearby. We ? you, Monday/Wednesday lunch crew!

I ordered two sandwiches to go and asked the girl working if I could get them to go. When they were ready I asked if I could get them in a bag so she handed me a bag and expected me to bag them myself. I think that is very poor customer service. I was not pleased!
So, I just wanted to say, the people up at this Jimmy John's are totally awesome! My food was good and delivered in a timely fashion! Not to mention, my favorite part, they actually checked the delivery instructions. Which as you can see was a test of artistic ability!
We were driving back to Minnesota from backpacking in Colorado and really wanted some Jimmy Johns. The first JJ’s we stopped at was closed which was inconvenient. So we went to the next one to the east. The crew seemed less than enthusiastic and it was fast but marginally fresh. I guess I am spoiled by the fantastic crew in Rochester Minnesota. The dude from the other reviews photo is still sporting a bushy beard.
Our orders are always messed up. The first couple of times, we figured it was just an anomaly or new person, but it is the standard that what you order and pay for is not what you get at this location. Don’t pay for anything until you look at what they give you. Thanks for delivering the straw without the drink!
Paid almost 12 dollars for a 6 inch bootleggers original combo.You could taste the sodium aluminum phosphate in the bread. Waste of money very displeased. Wont spend 12 dollars there like that again. Shame shame
This store is the absolute worst. I order for "freaky fast" delivery and half the time they take 20-30 minutes to deliver it, and when they do, the driver takes his sweet time walking slowly up to give me my food. To make matters worse, in the time it took me to get my order, my co-worker had time to run to a hardware store, go get his food from the same store (where he said they were making no food even though I put my order in 10-15 minutes prior) before I even got my food.
Sandwich would of been better with more mayo very dry.
I called for delivery an it just kept ringing and ringing. No one ever answered.Is this a business??
