Ivy Market Grill has been one of my go to breakfast places for 20 years and the last three times I’ve stopped in there’s nobody around to take an order or wait on anyone. I understand the labor market‘s tough but close the doors if you don’t have any staff don’t let somebody just sit there.

Have been ordering cakes for over 30 years at Hyvee, sometimes with days notice and sometimes last minute. Never have I experienced such rudeness! First called Hyvee Waukee around 7:20pm to order a cake for tomorrow, she says your not getting it before 7pm tomorrow( before even asking what time I needed it), I said I can’t get it around 4? No. Thought ok maybe they have too many orders.. So then called Jordan Creek right after, no answer call again and say I’d like to order a

We have received things in the curbside pick up we did not order....like over $100 of a $200 order. Really! Called about this and I have to take the ordered things back then they'll call me to get credit card information to credit it. Really they had no problem charging the credit card. Be very careful with your order.
1.) make sure you check the date on your items I have gotten numerous items from the store with an expired expiration date why it’s not pulled off their shelf is a good question or why they still sell stuff that expires the day that you’re shopping!?
Ate breakfast here when visiting family. The service was great. The food was delicious. Our whole experience was perfect. I had my work mask with me and they asked me if I worked for Hy-Vee and I do, so I did get my discount that. Thanks. Will eat there again.

Of all the HyVee groceries I've been to this one is truly the best. Especially during the pandemic. At a time when it is easy to blame a bad mood or poor service on the conditions this HyVee has risen to higher standards of customer service. I want to especially applaud those working at the meals to go, always friendly and were mask. Other HyVee groceries you see people touching them or even taking them down to talk now here. I am seriously proud and in awe of the awesomeness of this HyVee. Keep up the great work and thank you for truly caring about the community.
