The food is good. But they pack the tables way to close together. I had to hear multiple competing conversations, blaring music, and people walking into my chair constantly. And the restaurant was only half full. Couldn't imagine how bad it is when they are busy. I have been to other HuHots and they are much better. Just this one is a "feed lot."
Always fun to experiment with the different foods and flavor combos you can make. All of the different flavors sauces and oils are wildly different from each other and can add completely different flavors to your food.
Really disappointed with the dishonesty going on about kids eat free Tuesdays. We witnessed our waitress tell the table next to us (after they received a full price kids meal) that she didn’t know since it was her first week. She did fix it but then we received our bill with full price kids meals. We stated we thought it was kids eat free on Tuesdays and she proceeded to tell us it is but you have to ask for it. She said they stopped honoring it a year ago but haven’t changed the website so she will honor it for us since we asked. I’m glad she honored it but upset about the dishonesty. Either honor it for everyone or don’t. Why make people ask for it? Here is your reminder to make sure you ask for it!!

Has been a while since me and my wife where here. Just as great food and service as we remember. Plenty of variety to make a bowel how you would like it, or try some new things. Enjoy

I would NEVER bad mouth this place, the food is amazing and the servers are usually super sweet. I wasn’t able to eat here today (I drove an hour and a half to eat here) I walked in and they were busy, and the guy said it would be ten minutes. That was totally fine, I had a screaming child, and was just going to step out to change her quick when this guy went out of his way IN FRONT of everyone and said “If you guys are not back, I WILL skip over you.” he said it in a super condescending way, and smiled as he was saying it. We just left. I eat here often when we come to the city. It used to be my favorite but I refuse to be talked to like that. Especially in front of a bunch of people. Definitely won’t be back. ?
I have no idea what has happened but HuHot has devolved. The prices went up and the quality has went waaay down. Not to mention, the place was filthy. The silverware provided were greasy and crusty. Almost as though they had only gotten sprayed with water, or not washed at all. (good thing we use chopsticks)The utensils at the meat, noodles, veg, and sauces were disgusting and the plates were dirty too! I was shocked! When we received the bill I nearly fell out of my seat. Bad bad bad!!

Great service! They have plenty of options for those who are restricted.The layout is not ideal, the way it's set up is to get people in, and then out quickly, which is fair, considering it's a good place to get a quick, fun meal. However, it makes it difficult to keep anything clean, while the employees do their best to keep up on everything, they're always on the floor helping maintain the lobby, but it's lost on how backed up it gets. I know they have to keep tables full, but if they their employees enough time in between to take care things, and didn't rush them, it would help them maintain their lobby better.
