The meatball sub was delicious, the fries were tasty and the mozzarella Triangles I added on last to my meal were superb!The coke was fresh and had good fizzy pop to it.The service was great and I had a great waiter who was very kind.The food was excellent and the service was excellent too.I recommend highly this place!
Giordano's has been our favorite pizza when we are in Chicago for years. Glad there's one in Des Moines now. Like most restaurants these days, they are short-staffed; took a long time to be served. We will be going back as the pizza is unlike any other!
We went on a Saturday right at opening. We didn’t have time for pizzas so we had sandwiches and an appetizer. The 3 stars were for 1) the food being hot, 2) the waiter being attentive and 3) the portion seemed plenty. I deducted stars for cleanliness and food quality. For us arriving when opening, the floors looked like they weren’t swept from the night before. It was visible enough that it was kinda gross and already ordered or I would have left. The girl cleaning the revolving door had sprayed a solution on them and looks like left it there. Maybe just an oversight? The appetizer food quality was great. The sandwiches lacked a taste of authenticity. I guess it was just that you could tell it was frozen food. The chicken parm sandwich was better than the meatball sandwich. Fries looked better than they tasted.their tomato sauce rivals Ragu jarred sauce-that’s not a good thing.
Wow! Food, amazing. Service was excellent i was extremely pleased. Also while waiting for my pizza (i was fifteen mins early almost and they had it out in five ) a group of almost 30 people walked in. The staff jumped up from their tasks they were already doing and greeted everyone making sure they knew they were important to them.How refreshing in these crazy times to see a restaurant chain value their customers! Kudos!!!!!
Great food. Amanda my server waiter was great. Very attractive and great host. Manger is in her future.

Took my dad and daughter out to lunch. Dad enjoyed a personal size sausage and beef pizza, he raved about. My daughter and I enjoyed the meatball sub with the garlic parmesan fries...oh my, so yummy. Will definity be back!
OMG, Once you do dig into this supaH,) cheesy pizza pie! You'll realize you've been cheated by every other pizza place you've ever eaten at!olYou'll want to stop at one piece but,,, your mouth waters as someone else dares for seconds! YummO'liciousI recommend dining in . if you must do delivery. Insist they use a hot bag. You'll want this masterpiece Hot ?
1st time here. Reservations easy to make and I would recommend doing that. Tried cheesy garlic bread, deep dish pizza and extra thin pizza. They tell you 35-45 minutes for pizza and that is true. Appetizers came out ahead. They did not skimp on toppings. All our food was very good and it is an enjoyable atmosphere.
