If you want B-Bop's for twice the price this place is for you. 5 burgers 3 were "littles"and 1 large thing of fries was $80. The food was good but I like B-Bop's so it makes sense.
Super friendly staff very helpful got my food quickly if I Lived closer I would definitely make this my go to one
I’ll be honest the customer service is great but buying cheese burger with the fries for $15 that’s ridiculous because if I compare five guys to other competitors they’re way cheap and the food is great!!!I wish five guys will consider my feedback otherwise I’m out respectfully ??Burger price $10Fries $5??♂️
The employees were very welcoming and attentive, despite clearly being understaffed. 5 Guys is lucky to have a crew with such a good work ethic. Incredible quality & taste, as always. Can't find anything to complain about even if I tried to.
Place was pretty much empty when we decided to try out the Ankeny location for the first time. Food was way overpriced and the burger was small, unimpressive taste wise. Good news is that Wells Fargo has finally opened a finance window in the restaurant if you wanted to try and treat your entire family to a meal. 5 year fixed rate burger borrowing options are available! They also accept an arm or a leg as payment. They actually hung a sign in the restaurant that claimed they are the “best bargain”. Um, NOPE. B Bops and Ankeny diner burgers blow these guys out of the water. Don’t waste your time or money. All 5 of these guys should be packing up shop soon and heading back out east where white pants and izod shirts reign supreme
Great food every time I go! For some reason on my last visit they had already locked the doors 35 minutes before close...? I saw others inside waiting for their food. After making the drive and plans this was a disappointment.
We probably won't be back here. This place used to be great every time but it has only been average the past few visits. The fries were soggy and very salty, the burgers were bland, and some of the toppings were incorrect. For $75 to feed my family of 4 fast food, I expect it to be pretty good. Do yourself a favor and hit up B-Bops instead. Cheaper and better quality.
These people were great. Added pickles to my burger AFTER they started. ?The fries could have been cooked more... But you know. I ate them anyway.
I have celiac disease, so eating out is usually a pain. I ordered a cheeseburger, and the pleasant woman at the register let me know that I could have a lettuce wrap instead of going bun-less. During the cooking process, I heard them communicate several times about my order, saying things like “allergy coming up on the table!” I also saw the worker change her gloves before handling my burger. Cross-contamination is a big problem for celiacs, so I was SO happy to see them take my disease seriously. Everyone was so helpful and friendly…. And the food was great! I will definitely be back!
I recently had lunch here. The staff here is always awesome!! They always accommodate my needs and have smiles on their faces. Five Guys should want every location to have members like Karla and Jordan on their team! I will continue eating here not only for the excellent food but also the great staff. Thank you very much
