I haven't gone to a Firehouse Subs in quite some time but this location was great. The gentlemen working were both really nice and easy to talk to. They were quick and the sub was fantastic. Definitely coming back if I have a craving again!
It was a long wait to get my sandwich and it was over $9 for just a 5- or 6-inch Philly sandwich, no drink or sides. The meat was pretty good but the bread wasn’t toasted, just soft. It was not worth the price. Good grief.
Staff was overwhelmed by amount of people but made a point to engage with the few people waiting in line that they could not serve yet. Excellent and professional behavior.
Great stop for a quick very tasty sandwich. Staff has always been friendly and restaurant is very clean. New York steamer is my goto sub.
Staff is friendly. My cooking is better than the two sandwiches I tried. Not my cup of tea.
Amazing experience, had sandwiches messed up first time. Called, manager said they would have remade. Went to get them remade today and they came out perfect, I love firehouse, amazing crew. Food industry can be a mental struggle, keep it up guys, you're amazing and I love you all.
Welcomed when I walked in. They were busy only two people and handles the pressure cool and calm. Very polite and excellent food. I don’t leave many reviews however I felt compelled. Great job to the district manager working this day.
Staff was very rude. She was up front by herself and super slow. Sandwiches are supposed to be out in 5-7 minutes. It took at least ten. The price for the sandwich rang up a completely different price then on the menu overhead. She wouldn't change it. She told me oh well.
First time trying Firehouse Subs & it was delicious! Very friendly employees who explain to you their operation & menu. Sandwich is toasted & ready for you. Great food & Great people.
Pulled up and thought they were closed. Lights off, chairs on tables, and open sign off. Googled the hours said closed at 9. Door was unlocked although lights and open sign was off.
