It isnt often you find both exceptional service AND food. But at Fire Creek you get both. We have dined as a couple, with a small group of friends and tonight as a group of 35. The venue was perfect for our sons wedding rehearsal dinner. Decorated beautifully, they allowed us to bring in special mementos to set up and even helped us. Lori is one of the best servers around. Attentive and professional. No one in our party had a dry glass, every course came out quickly, food was not only delicious it was piping hot (kuddos to the chefs). Every order was correct and our guests all raved about the food. Thank you to Meg, Lori, the kitchen and rest of the team at Fire Creek. Thank you for the amazing night and all that you do!!!

Delicious and great service. We had the cobb salad with balsamic vinaigrette and the shrimp quesadilla! I forgot to take pics but the tasted as good as there presentation.

Food was good, service was great. My wife's and father's prime rib was very good. I had the shrimp and rib eye steak special. It was also good but, could of been cooked more to my order. Shrimp was prepared well. However, the sauce they put on the steak paired better with the shrimp and detracted from the flavor of the steak itself.Overall an above average dinning experience.Very expensive.

Thank you Chris. (Hope I spelled it right) my fiance & I came in last night.. You were the best! We had house brut & the smokey whiskey drink, while we split a dish. He recommended dessert but we were too full after lol. We're coming back for sure! & soon! Very good drinks, food & our server was patient & polite.

This place has potential, but they seem to be more focused on their family in the restaurant rather than customers. This has happened on more than one occasion. The food was decent, but the customer service was lacking. The food took a long time to come out, and the waiter said they were inbetween shifts, however the bun on my burger was hard and the fries were luke warm at best. Please focus more on the customer rather than your family and friends.

I liked the food, the staff, and it was an easy place to hold a conversation. The restaurant is designed so that even though there were a lot of people, it didn't feel crowded.

Every bite of the lamb chops was worth the price. They took our reservation for 12 and the service was good too.

Food was delicious! I had the salmon with veggies. Manhattan was also delicious. Good wait staff, friendly greeter. I would eat here again.

I want to start out by saying I’ve had some great dinner dates at Fire Creek in the past year. My take out experience on Saturday and lack of response has changed my attitude towards this restaurant. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad to go around 6:30pm. My boyfriend arrived around 6:50pm and waited for the food at the bar. The bartender must’ve been having a bad day. They were busy. The food runner had two hot plates of food ready for the bartenders customers and called out his name several times to get his attention. Finally, out of frustration the food runner slammed down the plates and walked away. My salad was $17 and my boyfriend tipped the bartender $3 out of takeout etiquette. When I took my salad out of the fridge to eat, I asked my boyfriend if I was missing a container as all I saw was the toppings which were described as “kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, wontons, fresh cilantro, and seasoned chicken breast”. There was no actual salad or mixed greens. I was quite hungry at this point that I decided to call the restaurant and let me know I only received the toppings for my $17 salad, hoping that I could get them to remake one. Jack, the bartender, answered the phone. I let him know that I only received the toppings and not the actual salad. He challenged me and said that’s how it is. I replied that that isn’t what the menu description states. He provided a curt “sorry.” I asked for a refund for a salad that didn’t actually have any mixed greens. He declined. I asked if I could talk to a manager and he said he was the only one there right now. I followed up online through their contact us page and asked to called back by a manager to provide feedback for my takeout experience. Instead, I received a short email with no signature stating that they checked the with the kitchen and what I received, were the mixed greens the menu is referring to. So, my next question: is the cabbage, brussel sprouts, kale slaw mixed that they refer to as “mixed greens” what the use on the Parmesan chicken or steak salad? I doubt it. I’ll include photos that I sent to the restaurants email of the very sad, tiny portion (because all I got was the toppings) salad that cost $17 and I didn’t even eat. I ordered elsewhere and got 4x the size of salad for less. No response from management thus far. It’s unfortunate to be writing a review like this during Covid, but I’ve given the establishment two opportunities to make it right and they have no interest.Moral of the story: don’t bother ordering a salad from here.

Outstanding experience! Food was great and timely. Server was very personable and professional. Would highly recommend.
