Used to love going here but lately food has gone downhill. Donuts taste like they were made three days ago and dried out, hash browns are always soggy and greasy.
Staff is nice but seems unorganized. Iced coffee is consistently burnt and donuts taste stale. Ordered a jelly donut and the bottom wasn’t sugared but felt wet and sticky
By far the best Dunkin in the area! Never out of stuff in the mornings and their coffee is brewed properly all the time!
Stopped by this place on my way to work this morning. I ordered 4 donuts, paid full price, and all of them were day old. I took two bites of mine and tossed it right into the trash. I ordered a sandwich and hash browns for my partner and the browns were black. I now understood why there was no line. I will not be returning to this location. I can get better food at the gas station next door.
Service is great. Donuts are too. Ice Coffee is way too watery and the hot brew smells much better than it tastes. The Kum & Go next door has better coffee.
5/6 times I’ve been here this month I’ve ordered the avocado toast with tomatoes and seasoning, it’s been wrong. Either no tomatoes and/or no seasonings. Tomatoes always cold and when I ask for them to put seasonings/tomatoes on the toast they always have an attitude with me. If I pay full price for something I obviously want it made the way the menu screen describes the item. Coffee is made well though
Every time I get an iced coffee it’s like the lids don’t ever fit and the coffee tastes nasty like it’s burnt since the kids don’t ever seem to fit they always spill out and get all over my outfit
Lowest quality and effort. Would have rather bought a day old gas station sandwich.
There was a mistake in my order. When I complained it was remade right away and they were very helpful. I hate complaining about orders and I have a lot of anxiety about it so I was very happy to be heard and to be helped so quickly. It really means a lot to me.
I’m not liking this Dunkin’s new normal at all. This is NOT the first time that I’ve come through the drive Thur and have not received my correct order!! I’m so sick of paying for my order and not receiving what I actually ordered, I’m not sorry to say there is a huge difference between the new egg whites with vegetables and a bagel with egg, cheese and bacon!!! This is completely unacceptable!
