If you've been to one Culver's, then you know exactly what this one is like. Cookie cutter franchise burgers, fries and shakes. All measured up to what I expected from Culver's. The only thing on this visit, was an mystery object found in our fries, I'm guessing it's been floating in the oil for a few monthes. check out the pic. I didn't complain, as it didn't effect the taste of any of the fries, I'm just glad I wasn't eating in the dark.
I walked in with only one person ahead of me. Once they were done ordering the cashier said “it’ll be a minute, until someone can get to helping u” a teen quickly came to take our order. We waited a little bit but nothing excruciating. As the kitchen is open, we could hear bickering between the employees. Mostly the older 3 to all the teenagers. One man in particular made such horrible comments like “don’t be running ur mouth to him” and brought the customers into the fight by offering us the teens jobs. After listening to them argue for awhile, and drive through customers now coming inside as they have waited awhile. A teen whose name tag said Daniel quickly asked what we had ordered and made each of our orders by himself. Being very kind and considerate of his coworkers in the process. While he was taking care of the inside customers an older women was telling other customers how they are short staffed. (The whole world is.) In my sight I could see 9 employees, 4 of which were standing doing nothing. She herself just continued to talk and not help her employees. Eventually, Daniel had helped me out without waiting too long. He deserved a raise for his professionalism and promptness. He 100% deserves a better work environment. Others deserve the bare minimum, the older 3 working 6/25/22 in particular. Such an uncomfortable experience to witness coworkers verbally abuse each other.
Good for fast food. Great custard. Remember to double check order for accuracy before leaving drive through. Often wrong and you don't want to go through that slow drive thru line twice....
I had the mushroom burger which was fire and my wife had the deluxe what she liked it was so good she spilled a ranch all over the floor which I had to clean up she had onion rings she said was okay but I like my onion rings Culver's is always been a good time when we go definitely the sandwiches are worth it I'd recommend the cheese curd with the sandwiches.Over all the places clean and the service was fast we'll definitely be going back
I had a very poor experience at this location due to service, not food. I ordered 1 classic fish fry online at 5:30 pm to pick up at 7:30 pm, and when I got to this location, not only was my order NOT ready, but they hadn't even made it yet, which kept me waiting an additional .15 minutes, so I didn't pick up my food until 7:45 pm.I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me that they had the ticket, but I could see that my online order was placed in the same order as customers coming in and ordering and folks in the drive thru. This is not acceptable as I ordered my food at 5:30 pm.The manager finally did let the line know that my order should be made right away, but if this is how culvers operates their online ordering system, then its pretty worthless, as the online orders that are SCHEDULED FOR A SPECIFIC PICK UP OR CURBSIDE are not separated.I am extremely dissapointed in this location as the staff not only seemed very frantic on a Friday night service, but very disorganized and chaotic. I will not return, and they all left a very poor impression of their operations.
A family member of mine went through the drive-through earlier this week since 'Georgia Peach' was featured as the flavor of the day on the sign outside. Asked for the flavor when ordering. But, taking a bite, realized it was something with cashews--which she's very allergic to. I'm not sure whether the sign was in the wrong, or she was given the wrong order, but I find this unacceptable.
Drive through after work for a single meal for myself only. Having double lanes in the drive-thru always irritates me but I understand the need for those My overall experience was very good food was fresh and tasty. had to wait curbside for my order.
Culver’s never fails to run business in excellence. My experience today was great, I want to make sure I highlight on the crew. I noticed a couple new individuals being trained and the trainer was very kind and professional, I also noticed a few of the crew members staying busy, deep cleaning the restaurant tables and such. Bathrooms were clean and everyone had a smile on their face. THIS is is what customer eyes and ears need to see and hear. Thank you guys ! Keep it up !
Culvers is quickly becoming one of my favorite burger places. Always clean and friendly. For anyone missing In n Out from the west coast, this is a good choice. A little more expensive, but worth it.
This use to be good food and service. Till they decided to get a second order lane. The quality of Culver's food at this location has decreased due to the increasing numbers of customers. Was one of my favorite locations. Because of the quality of the food. Now I don't even know where in the greater Des Moines area. That I can get good food from Culver's.
