GREAT NEWS!! My son and I went to your 1820 22nd St West Des Moines, Iowa location. We were greeted exceptionally by Hailey your Assistant Manager. She was fantastic through the entire process. It costs no money to be nice and give dignity and respect. She and her crew were exceptional. Hailey Exemplifies Exceptional Service. She is a keeper!!
It was 10 minutes before close and they were so nice. Made me a chocolate cone and added strawberries to it to make my day. Dominic was very nice . Everyone working that night was.
My family's recent use of the drive through was fraught with failures. When ordering, we encountered a language barrier that resulted in it taking nearly ten minutes to place our order. I lost count of how many times we repeated our entire order for three people. Of course, we doubted that the order was correct when we got to the window to pay. So we had the clerk verify. Good thing we checked. A third of the order was missing and a third of it was wrong. We were just three people. They had us pull forward while cooking. Surprise! When they brought our order to us, it was missing a sandwich and two concretes. The receipt proved we paid for them. It took them three more trips into the store to get us all of our order. Ridiculous. No apologies. No coupons or other compensation. 45 minutes to get fast food.
We waited for almost 20 minutes for our order to be delivered to us correctly. 20 minutes. Your pull ahead and park method is a fricken joke. 3 missing cheese curds. Get your speaker system fixed in the outer lane!! The girl could not hear us as we ordered. We confirmed everything 3 times…..
Great burgers, awesome cheese curds. Great fast food. Totally recommend over any other fat food chain.
I just went last week. Not my first time. The burger was great fresh and tasty. I also like the fact that some of the items are pretty low as I am on a sodium restriction. I've found some burgers that are between 400 and 700. I can fit that in on a cheat day

It's good food, I just wish it was less expensive. It feels weird paying so much for a fast food restaurant. At least kid's meals come with a free frozen yogurt coupon.
Had dessert Snickers concrete mixer and strawberry shake all was were good, will order again.
Tonight I arrived approximately 7:45 PM and I was the only one in the lobby. I get a frozen custard already to go out of their freezer cooler. There were several women behind the counter and no one seems like the want to help check me out. Then another one goes behind the counter which at the point I thought one of them were going to check me out and they continue to chat with one another in Spanish? SERIOUSLY??? I loved Culver’s but this really upset me!! Obviously it doesn’t matter if you keep your customers waiting when you are not even busy!! I am beyond angry ? oh well I went to McDonald’s and got a yummy chocolate shake with whip cream on top that was BETTER!! Your NO SERVICE really Sucked!!!
