This place broke bad. Skimpy toppings, cranky, slovenly workers, no joy.It’s a no go for me.
Always tasty. I like to get the "chocolate devotion" but made with coffee ice cream rather than chocolate ice cream. So good
We planned to go to Cold stone for my daughters birthday. Google says it's open till 9. When we walked up at 8:20 they were closed.It is NOT. Because of lack of workers because there were 5 kids cleaning up and hurrying to get out.
First off I’m not sure if they were the manager or a new crew member just standing around, among 5 crew members. There was a decent sized line. The worker took my order then walked away to laugh and had to come back and ask for my order again, she then went back to make my order with another worker standing around laughing about asking for a topping on my shake. Workers were not effectively reflecting teamwork during a busy moment and did not display professionalism.
This place shouldn’t continue to be open they rip off they own employees and if the owner Jeff gets mad at his employees he don’t even pay them minimum wage
I used to love this place until I found out from mall employees that the manager Scott let's his two dogs run around off leash and unsupervised in the kitchen.Also I found out from another employee that Scott made fun of a pregnant woman (in her third trimester) while she was struggling to stand up from her chair.
As someone who knew a former employee, I have a few stories I would like to share. The manager, Scott, has a habit of not paying out employee's final checks when they quit. He also has a bad habit of forcing minors to work 10 to 12 hour shifts with no breaks, no sitting, and no access to basic amenities, (food, restroom, etc.) Scott is currently being sued in court due to his misconduct and mistreating of a disabled employee. He regularly forces children to commit OSHA health code violations and forbids them from wearing gloves. Do not purchase ice cream here. It is far too expensive and Scott does not deserve the money.
My Bestfriend and Myself decided to stop by about 15 minutes before closing, and the staff refused to serve us, they kept insisting that they were closed. I've never had this happen to me before so I was baffled. Hopefully if I ever decide to go again I'll be treated with more respect. Very disappointed with the service of this place.
Workers were very rude, would not suggest ordering from here. Although the ice cream was good, I just couldn't get past the rudness of the workers.
The staff here are incredibly rude. Especially the older woman possibly in her early/mid 20’s with brown and blond hair. I came here with my daughter on Saturday and she gave us nothing but attitude the whole time we were ordering. We didn’t ask for anything too difficult just some signatures that were listed. Not only was she being rude to us but some of the other employees as well. I would NEVER let my daughter work there if that woman worked there. I don’t know what her problem was but she needs to treat not only the CUSTOMERS better but also the EMPLOYEES. I will not be back and I will be telling my friends about this. I feel bad for those employees, I hope they get treated better.
