We had so much fun!! Our server was new but did ok she was really nice. (Amari)Also the one who takes care of all the parties bookings was amazing the whole time before and after. We were charged for way more drinks and pizza than we actually ordered and he took care of everything!
I may be a teenager but this is one of my fave spots ever. Been coming since I was 3. Pizza may not be the highest quality, but it tastes amazing to me and games are fun. My favorite thing about this place is the animatronics. Please keep them for as long as you can because the people love them and we'll miss them very much.
My family and I drove 4.5 hours for granddaughters birthday and all we got was food poisoning for the next 3 days. A couple of folks who worked here were super nice and full of smiles, but the manager looked and acted like he hated his job. I couldn't believe how pricey this joke of entertainment was and never saw Chuck E one time. Thanks for the memorable experience Chuck E?
I'm so glad this place still exists! Growing up, my cousins, siblings, and I would sometimes get to celebrate our birthday here. I no longer live in the area, so this was my first time back in several years. It was such a blessing to be able to take my daughter and nephews for their first time over Mother's Day weekend! What a blast from the past! And with the new cards, my hubby and I were able to play with the kiddos and help them earn points! Truly enjoyable ? Thank you guys!!!
Went with a school group during the day and the gal who took care of us was extremely pleasant and helpful. The sound was overpowering in the eating area near the stage. It would have been nice if there was an option to turn it down while the kids were out playing games.The pizza was good enough. Maybe not worth the $12 I paid for a personal pizza, but it was hot and it tasted good.I don't know if I would purposely go to this restaurant on my own accord, but it worked out well for the kids and they had a good time.
My kids love going here. I do miss the tickets that they used to have when playing the games. But I understand the card is easier.they have good food. And they try their best to help the customers.
The kids really had a great time. the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it was almost unbearably hot. Idk if the a.c. was broken or what but definitely had a good time.
The lines were crazy. The price for filling a card is good but our card didn't work good. Trying to get a game to start was a pain. Employees were friendly. There were games that didn't work. The photo booth was out of order, which is sad cause that's one thing we have always loved to do.
We enjoyed having the place to ourselves for a bit late in the afternoon! The games aren't just for young kids. The photo booths are super fun too. Something for everyone. We only did games no food but pizza smelled fantastic
We ordered our pizza and cake at 2:46 (right when we got there), waited till 3:56 to ask about it since it been over an hour and was told it would be at least another 45 mins. 2 hours for a pizza and not during a typical food rush time either! We were not the only ones when we talked to other guest that had a long wait time and were not told. Also there is literally no where to sit unless you have a scheduled party - again not a peak eating time either. You also can not sit next to a closet that they have tables by because kids can't see in it, which ok but yet you have another party area right by that closet you don't want kids seeing in....umm ok that does not make sense. The manager was also very condescending when telling him that I want a refund because I am not waiting 2 hours for pizza and frozen cake and was never told this/warned it could be that long when we ordered. We then could have planned more to not even stay and just go to Pizza Ranch where there is games that actually work, better pizza, more variety of food, more food, and nicer managers, for the same price or cheaper - which is where we went to get food. Also you can not blame this all on COVID either because when we went here before the pandemic the service was also horrible and again it was over an hour wait for the crappy pizza. We tried again hoping it be better and because our child wanted to go but we have told her now we will just go to Pizza Ranch for all the same thrills but better.
