We got the garlic bread which was good but sauce doesn't normally come with it. My husband got the chicken parm pasta. You can tell the chicken on it was previously frozen and probably bought. The noodles were mushy and over cooked. The sauce tasted like it came from a can. They only parmesan was the grated that you normally got from a jar/the stuff on the tables.I got his side salad and had honey mustard dressing. I believe it was a bought dressing.Nothing really particularly special about this place.

I always start at a 5-star when I walk in.So, I'm walking in and the lady was a little rude, she just said "how many?!?" In a rude voice. (Now I'm down to a 4-star review)Then, we got seated. THIS WAS THE BEST WAITRESS I HAVE EVER HAD! (5-star review)They gave us EXTRA onion rings!!The pizza was amazing too!!!!In conclusion, this would be a 6 star if it could.

New help not so good, will give her time. Got the drink order wrong, ordered Miller light bottle, got a Bud light draw. When told her, she didn't believe us and smirked about it. Onion rings came 3min before our pizza and were not hot at all, guessing they sat a while. Never did get the Ranch dressing. She never asked if would like more soda. Pizza was perfect! It was same evening the Spiderman and Hulk were doing a party there. Of course I will always come back and rarely have any complaints. Ps, those long bushy fake eyelashes...offensive! Just a few of users opinions. Gaudy should be restricted. Yes I were falsies at time, but come on. One last thing-if your going to work at the TAVERN, know what a Wanda is. Take them off the menu if your not making them anymore. Always will love and support both TAVERNs. Sorry for the "wordy" comment ✌❣??? ?

The best thin crust pizza. Great historic location. Love.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time & good crisp cold salad!

So good. Went for Valentine's Day (having kids...lol). Waitress was friendly and awesome, food was top notch (I had the Italian Special Grinder. I come from New England and this was authentic AF). This was my 2nd time here and Imma come again! Go!!!!!

Great food waiters are super nice. You barley need to wait. Very quick. It’s a really good place to eat.

Previously excellent, now I get whole burnt chicken and put into Styrofoam container hot so the Styrofoam container material melts into the chicken... It clearly did not fit in container and they smashed it down so it melted into burnt chicken and sent it for take out. Will not return, that is dangerous to contaminate food with melted Styrofoam.

The food - we had the pizza and grinders - was very good. The onion rings, which are homemade and are the thin variety, we delicious. We did, however, make the mistake of ordering the large - which more than fed our group of four, switch leftovers for four more. The moral - order the large only if you have a party of 6 or more.

Cozy place to have some Italian. The calzones were a little smaller than we expected for the price that we paid for. My wife and did not get full with one each. Nevertheless, the food was great in taste.
