I am officially not ordering from this place anymore. I have eaten at numerous Chipotle's over the years. I order the same thing. Twice in the last month I have had a bad reaction to the food. I never do at the other places. I'll spare the details, but I don't trust this place.
My sin got the chicken burrito and the chicken had way to much spice to hot to eat plus the service was not very good the guys looked and acted like they didn't care no enthusiasm at all
Chipotle is usually good. This one seems WAY dirtier than any other Chipotle I've been to. The garbage was overflowing everywhere. The garbage by the drinks was so full it covered the silverware, lids, straws, etc with nasty garbage and food waste.
I've dined in and out at this location at least two times a week for the past 10 years and I have never been disappointed in the quality of the food and service. Highly recommend!
Randomly “closed” from 5-530pm on a Saturday night when I made a special trip down to valley west for dinner. Couldn’t wait 30 minutes to order. I’m guessing short staffed.
Despite being very busy the employees moved quickly and lines didn’t take long. Portions were great and staff was extremely friendly! Best experience I’ve had at this location to date!
Buddy doused my bowl in Sour Cream.Got it all over his gloves. Then rubbed his fingers off on the edge of my bowl.Monday Jan 3rd at 2:30 pm.Just like not super stoked about that.
Chipotle in Valley West Mall has some serious issues. Customer service is trash and trash is overflowing everywhere. I’m done here at this location, just terrible!
