The food was what was to be expected. However the whole store was dirty. Black grease mark right when you walk in the front door. The dinning room floor was sticky. Dirty tables, beverage station, and counter tops. Bathroom was horrible. Cleaning supplies and employees were just sitting around not doing anything
That old lady needs to be fired no hospitality I just took my money next door McDonald’s bad Business I like my whoppers but after that experience anything else is better than Burger King
I originally wanted to order the impossible whopper meal but was charged just for the sandwich, they accidentally gave me a double bacon cheeseburger but made it right when I went back inside.
I been a fan of charbroil burger King for years but lately it been really lacking. The last visit it wasn't busy so don't understand why my fries were hard overcooked and dry. Their shake/malt machine always shut down or broke whenever I gone there in past so why bother put it on menu in my opinion. The freshness just not there and it just seems to be getting by which is unfortunate
The burger was overloaded with mustard mayo and ketchup, which made it difficult to eat. If they would put cheese in between the burger patties and use smaller amounts of sauces like ketchup mayo and mustard they would be the best Burger King location that I had ever been to in person.
It was terrible. The worst experience and we always have trouble when we come here. We ordered our food and then no one gave us our food or took our payment. We were there for a solid 25 min waiting for someone to come up to us. Worst Burger King around
I had to wait an hour for just a cheeseburger and it was cold. They made me late for work.
Usually I don't have any problems at this BK, but the crew must've been having a bad day the last time I visited. I make a habit of ALWAYS checking my orders BEFORE I LEAVE ANY fast food DRIVE THRU, seeing as I live out of town, & mistakes can be made (I mean we're ALL human) ‼️Well this particular visit we were buying food for the family to take home.So BEFORE LEAVING WE CHECKED our ORDER,WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE:2 orig chicken sand, 3 whopper melts (which by the way, are DELICIOUS‼️), 2 med & 1 large fry, & 2 mozza sticks...OUR SACK CONSISTED OF:2 orig chicken sand, 3 whopper melts, 2 med & 1 large fry....BUT THEN:THERE WAS 1 order of CHICKEN FRIES, & 1 order of CHICKEN NUGGETS ❓‼️❓BUT NEITHER ORDER of the MOZZA STICKS or marinara sauce (which I had specifically asked about, when handed our food) were in the sack‼️So I went in to let them know we didn't get the mozza sticks OR marinara sauce, & showed her WHAT we DID GET - SHE WAS QUITE RUDE towards me, & SEEMED IRRITATED at ME for THEIR ERROR in the ORDER ‼️SHE GRABBED the CHICKEN ITEMS OUT OF MY HAND & THREW THEM HARD INTO THE GARBAGE.THEN AS SHE WAS WALKING AWAY, said "I'LL HAVE TO DROP SOME DOWN FOR YOU!"FROM THERE ON, IT DIDN'T GET ANY BETTER ‼️AS I SAID I DON'T KNOW if THEY WERE ALL JUST HAVING A BAD DAY OR WHAT ❓BUT IT WASN'T BCUZ THEY WERE BUSY‼️ It was pretty SLOW at the time WHEN WE WERE THERE‼️
Gave me old fish and chicken and customer service was a good -1 out of 10 ! Will not be returning!
**AVOID THIS LOCATION** Mobile ordered around 1800 on a Wednesday. Arrived at least ten minutes later at the drive-thru for pickup where I was the only customer present anywhere. Employees were unprofessional over the intercom, no salutation & laughing the whole time. The order was still not ready so I was asked to park and wait where we could see inside about three employees just standing around. About five minutes later, the order is finally brought out & we ask the employee to briefly wait as we check the contents for accuracy. He walks away & wouldn't you know, items are missing. Upon walking in the building to claim said items, it's disgustingly obvious that no one has bothered to clean for quite some time; he counter is filthy. As far as the actual products are concerned, my paid-for customizations did not make it to any of my four sandwiches and on one of them that comes standard with mayo that I'd asked for onions on instead came with some mysterious orange sauce and no onions? Save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere.
