I once gave this establishment 5 stars. Forgot that review.... This place has gone down hill. You wait and wait for a beer while the bartender just stands there. You hear excuses for the delay and your food will come out late and never together. Sad. Hit up the grocery store for chick strips, sauce and drink. You'll save money, time and have a decent meal. No excuses there.
Tobias is the best bartender we were walking out the door after paying he comes out say you only gave a $2 tip on a $70 tab. I said I'll get you next time. He says just don't come back to the bar. Give that man a raise. I always love myself a drama king
Picked up my food.. wings were old. I showed him and the worked said “Oh God, yes let me get you new wings”. Came back 1 minute later and I check the food SAME WINGS. I said “those are the same wings.. just with more sauce added”.. I pulled one apart and felt with my finger COLD and HARD. He had nothing to say but looked more in shock I called them out for reserving my the same batch. Like come on.. I ordered 50+ dollars worth of food and give this company good service and tips. Thank god I decided to wait and tip this time until after I checked my food.I said no but I want a refund I won’t pay for old food.. he then said he couldn’t give me a refund then but took down my information and I would see in 3-5 business day.. BUT HAD NOTHING TO GIVE ME AS CONFIRMATION!! Sketchy if you as me.. any other refund I’ve ever gotten was on spot or had proof of pending refund.This location use to be great.. I would blame the workers but at this point it’s on the manager. If the team doesn’t respect your authority and guest they shouldn’t be there. Or the manager doesn’t care and shouldn’t be in management.
Got seated immediately. Our server was very pleasant and had a smile. Orders were taken and served. My only issue was that our food did not come out at the same time and initially brought my wife's order out wrong. I was nearly 1/2 done with my burger before my wife's salad and chicken tenders were brought out. Server said she was sorry for the mix up but she didn't bring out the food to others brought them out.
If you read other reviews you will probably see the common theme of the waitresses preferring to get paid to talk to each other in the back instead of doing their job for their customers supporting their paycheck. Whether they are dine in, delivery, or takeout.As third party delivery provider, I know to expect their orders to usually be 5-10 minutes late on pickup promise time, but tonight I was given an order 10 minutes after it was due. I went in to see two workers chatting at pickup. I give the name for the order one goes back and brings back 4 different orders that have been ready for who knows how long and says my order doesn’t exist. The other worker overheard, and when I told her what was on it they found the ticket and realized the burger that’s been sitting in the window for 25 minutes was for the ticket they lost.
Restrooms were filthy. Kinda reminded me of a teenagers jump scare horror game. Lights flickering, the smell that you can't quite place, a dripping sound coming from somewhere nearby, and then you see the toilets "insert scream".We were seated at a table, that still had receipts, scraps, and had not been cleaned. We asked to sit at a different table and was told no, I don't have servers for those tables.Could not work up the courage to try the food after a welcome like that :( I was "on the border" about staying, but decided to instead go for some Mexican style food nearby. ;)
Consistently have issues with order accuracy and I was promised three times refunds for errors and I’ve yet to receive a single one. About half my orders are wrong but I wanted to give them a chance cause they are occasionally correct. I think this will be the last time I order. Definitely don’t recommend with current staff. You’ll wait in lobby for ten to twenty minutes usually before someone comes out to greet you near the pickup order counter or fulfill them. Thankfully door dash will give refunds for errors and are reliable in taking care of customers but I shouldn’t have to pay more for the security of my order being right and being correctly reimbursed. I’m sorely disappointed.
Getting seated took forever, getting orders taken was incredibly slow, kitchen was slow. Our server was trying but was definitely overwhelmed with how many tables, and big tables she was handling.Had boneless wings, the orange sauce seemed more spicy than the Tennessee Hot Sauce. The sides seemed to come out okay. I had potatoe wedges.
It was pretty decent. We went late at night and the service was still great, food was hot and fresh and full of flavor. Our waitress (I can't remember her name but I remember asking her about her vibrant red hair) was absolutely awesome. Perfect timing and wonderful personality.The atmosphere was also comfortable despite us being by the door, no chill from it opening and closing.
If you order to go prepare to wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes extra while the servers play chicken to figure out who is gonna fulfill the pick up orders. Also 9 out of 10 times you won't get sauce or even all of your order. Lastly you may find your order is already cold.If you call they probably won't answer, good test of patience. You may leave asking, do I really want my order anymore?1 star cause food is okay but overpriced, sauce is great, service is terrible
