A1 .... best place in tri-state area for tuggers.... thank you staci ....
The food came quickly and the employees were friendly. Great prices.
We had coupons and when I got up to the window I asked if she got my coupons taken off. She told me yes. When I got home the coupons we not discounted on my receipt. I wasted a coupon for nothing.
I had gotten food there last night and they had forgotten a few things and I had gotten it corrected but ordered something else and wasn't handed my card back without my remembering it, one of the young dudes on shift last night ran all the way to the lights on the main road to give it back to me, amazing worker!!!
They continue to charge me for lettuce when I ask for light lettuce. They have done it 4 times in the last 6 weeks or so. Super Annoying
Fries were cool and oily, burped them up for 12 hours. No inside dining. Just drive thru
Stopped here at about 9:45pm and the lady that was at the window didn't talk to me, rolled her eyes when I handed her my card to pay, then when she went to hand me my food I asked nicely for some arby's sauce and she rolled her eyes at me again. She was not professional at all, I'm sad by this because I do come here alot and they do have good food.
I had the reuben, falling victim to recent TV ads.The bread was soft. Should have been more toasty. The pastrami was plentiful but barely warm. Lots of sourcraut, which is great yet strangely rare in the metro. Where was the Thousand? For those reasons they get a 2 from me on this sandwich.I won't be back.Thanks.
Very nice and clean place. The food was delicious and the employees were very polite
This arbys should have a sign on windows saying the dinning room is closed!! Instead of the customers guessing or have to look it up!! They need put themselfs in the customers shoes
