We went in with a party of about 8. 2 of us ordered steaks. Our steaks came out with our drinks. The manager came out and said that the rest of the food would be out in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later the waitress came out and said she was sorry but that they were working on the rest of the food and it would be out in about 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by before the rest of the entrees came out. Very slack "apologetic" service. No comps were given. My steak was overcooked but the waitress disappeared so I just ate it. My advice is go elsewhere. This restaurant only focuses in their TO-go business.
Had my meal delivered to me, my wife wanted to give me a nice father days meal! Well the fires were salty and the ribs hardly had meat and what meat was on it was so hard and tuff mostly burnt to a crisp!! Wish I had taken pictures now to post! We were upset with my sons burger it was burnt only one that got a nice meal and it some what ok was my wife’s turkey burger!! They forgot my sons ice cream! I called, just for my ribs my sons burger and the French fries and them missing his ice cream, they said they wouldn’t refund, but will give coupons or me drive back there, we ordered online “hints” we didn’t want leave to get the food! I will NOT be going back, you have lost my service!! Maybe get better cooks in the kitchen and can put an order together!Update the photo is what they sent me!! The ribs, my sons burger, the fires and his ice cream That’s more then $5.00!! I’m very disappointed, I’m never going to any Applebees EVER AGAIN you have left the worst taste in my month, I’m hoping this review will help people think twice and NOT order from this Applebees!!!! I was thinking of reaching out to corporate, but this isn’t worth my time anymore! Helpfully this helps anyone who is looking for a place to eat, who wants their whole meal, and if there’s something wrong with your meal they won’t do anything, but send you a $5.00 coupon! Just think twice everyone!

(5 people) sit down only 2 silverware given. Yucky looking broccoli like stuff stuck in my menu.Appetizer on table only 4 plates given.7 cups on table at end of meal and way to many plates.Asked for a highchair several times because 5 in a small booth.The server was polite but with only 2 tables idk maybe they were more worried about being cut and leaving. I might add that this location was not busy and we were sat immediately. I expected it to be busy considering the location and hotels around it.I have been a server many a times, I'm not trying to be a jerk.Most of what I saw last night are common serving to-dos.Perhaps a little more management involvement would help, some side training and follow-ups. The manager wasn't seen at all til we had to ask for fresh not sorta warm pasta. More than likely it sat under the warming area waiting for the other plates to be complete. An introduction would have been nice too. Otherwise you are a random worker with a sweatshirt on and no nameAlso not necessary to bring more straws we can use the ones we have already in our cups.Reduce reuse recycleFor the world and your establishment to save money. Every bit counts.
Surprised by the hopping environment here. Solid service, very good food, fair prices if even a bit of inflation has hit. I really appreciate the fact that Applebee's can be so consistent across locations.
Justice is a great team member. Even when 2 of our parties steaks weren't prepared correctly he came to our table to apologize. I appreciated that the manager took time to explain the taste of a drink and to watch cutting of steaks both times. I would definitely go back and recommend to others
We haven't been to an Applebee's for years, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very friendly except for the gentleman that sat us. The food was really good. They have bread sticks with Alfredo sauce that is to die for. So good. Will be back soon.
We've only been to this location once: the food was okay compared to other locations, but the waitress was flighty (barely heard my order & quickly took off only to bring me the wrong thing), forgetful (she'd say "I'll be right back" & 15min later you'd have to hunt her down even though this was clearly a slow day & there were more than enough waitresses working the same shift--she was even in sight for most of the time), & a bit rude (she acted like her getting me the wrong drink was my fault & tried to charge me for it until I explicitly asked her to take the untouched drink away). The even carded me for a drink i ordered since im newly* of age (since September 2021) BUT they ended up leaving the alcohol out of the drink anyway without mentioning it (this is a drink I've had at other locations--i know it well enough to know the color/hue, smell, & taste its supposed to have). Not a great day.
The waitress forgot to give us silverware. We waited for 5 minutes to be asked if we wanted silverware. After we got our silverware we found a hair in our mashed potatoes. The waitress and manager were nice to take it off our bill.
Loved my experience. The wait staff was very professional and the atmosphere was welcoming. The waitress didn't hover over us (which I liked) but was never to far if we needed anything. I will be back to dine in that particular location
