Could be less "snooty" but the food was good, I didn't wait in line for long. Just being in customer service myself, I notice when people aren't as responsive and respectful, most times its when I go through drive through they kinda just hand you your food and don't say a word! I just say have a great day!
I just had the worst sandwich I ever had in my life. Who puts 4 pickles with one piece of lettuce and forgot the tomato and drowned it in ketchup. This Wendy's location sucks!
These workers were having an incredibly off night. I was initially going to go through the drive-thru, but the line was wrapped around the building and almost out to the street. I decided to go inside. Probably a mistake. There were people ahead of me that had been waiting for food for a long time, and started to become rude. The cashier was visibly angry, but didn't say anything. I tried to be polite, and let her know that I understood it was just a bad night. Zero response.One of the guys from the back went up to the register, got the keys, then proceeded to lock all the doors to prevent more people from coming inside. I'm sure it helped them get a handle on things, but I thought it was rude.Since I had already paid for my food, I stuck around and waited for it. The people who were in front of me and being rude to the staff had either gotten their food or their money refunded and left. When I finally got my food, I said to the cashier, "I'm sorry people are rude." She again said nothing but gave me the coldest look. And it made me wish that I hadn't said anything nice.
This is my second time at this location and I am typically at fast food restaurants during peak hours (lunch/dinner) my first experience was fantastic! The person taking orders was extremely fast, efficient and polite. She didn't miss a beat. I could here most of the orders people were placing in the drive-thru line. My food was hot and ready immediately after I had paid. I believe the person was Carneta/Cornetta?? I want to say thank you! You're a rockstar! Today is my second visit, a bit slower through the line and took a while for food. Everyone was still polite, but some order issues. Understandable with busy times. Keep up the great work everyone!
As much as I would love to give a 5 Star. Fast food just is no where near as good as it used to be, but still I can not resist the baconater despite how unhealthy it is.
Omg. They forgot my fries. So I go in to get them and to purchase a sour cream and chive potato. Come out and leave and realize they didn't give me butter or sour cream for my potato. I just threw it in the trash. Come on people. Fast food isn't this difficult
Hubby and I pulled in with the truck and loaded car trailer half hour before close....hubby walked up to the board to order...no response. 3 cars drove up, orders were taken...so hubby tried again. Nope. No response. SO he walks up to the window at 20 min to close...asked to place an order...THE WOMAN SAID THEY WERE CLOSED AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW SHUT RIGHT IN HIS FACE!!!SO rude!! It makes my heart hurt. :(

What a lovely gem of disappointment, let’s put every random thing in a bag, but what was actually ordered! Then make the customer wait 13+ minutes for no reason. Paired with a delicious Coke freshly out of carbonation. I highly recommend you go else where!
Wait was rather long even at late hours of the night. Waited to see if it was worth it and seemed so, got my food just to see the messed up more order which I still paid full price for when I was short on cash, so I went to go get it back and they took quite a while in the freezing cold for me to get my food, however the food was worth it so I won't give it a one star.They don't always have bad nights so I should make it three but this experience
