We sat at the bar and actually had to ask for service, the bartender "Emily" was inattentive and kept going around the corner and sitting in a chair at the entrance to the kitchen area. When I ordered a Blue Moon she actually poured the orange out of a cup sitting at the garnish station into the palm of her unwashed/ungloved hand and then dropped it into my drink. She had not washed her hands in the 20 or so minutes we had been there at that point and had touched many things. When I asked for a new drink without an orange since I find that to be very unsanitary she said "what else was I supposed to do". Also watched the cook rub his face and neck and touch his clothing with his gloves on and then immediately go back to prepping/cooking food. Another person, possibly a head cook or chef as he was wearing a white shirt, was standing nearby the first person and said nothing to him about it. The second person also appeared to be prepping/cooking food and was not wearing gloves at all.
Family and I had dinner there and very pleased. I ordered the Fish and Chips. They were amazing!! Breading was awesome. Mashed potatoes and gravy great as well. Kids really liked chicken strips and pretzel bits. If you are staying at hotel give it a try. Loved it
Ok so our experience started off bad from the start we had a group of 8 that came in and we were told 45 mins right away while 3/4 of the place was empty. Some waited at the bar and others went into the casino. After our table was finally ready the waitress didn't give us menus of any kind and rushed through drinks orders and forgot half them as she didn't write them down. After ordering appetizers and meals. When the appetizers came out some were cold and others were missing, When meals arrived they didn't have three of the meals ready. Those without meals waited almost another 20 mins before their food arrived. We asked to speak to the manager about it but he was too busy up front flirting with the hostess. When he finally came to our table it was another 5 mins before the food arrived at the table by then all the others had finished eating. The manager then apologized for the inconvenience and asked if anybody wanted a shake, now most would conclude this would be an attempt to correct the mishap. When it came time for bills the waitress mixed up numerous couples even though we told her before hand who was on each tab. Then to find out we were charged for the shakes as well. We asked numerous times for togo boxes and had to wait 15 mins to get those. all while she had our table and one other. The experience and lack of service was unacceptable to say the least. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as this establishment was not up to par.
Their Burnt Ends were fantastic. Salads are humongous and delicious. The fries are spot on. Margherita's aren't frozen; but they are huge. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We plan to return the next time we go to casino.
To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The food was good but the service was terrible at best. The bartender, Emily, was constantly disappearing, forgot parts of our order, and was very inattentive. We had to track her down to get another drink and more than once, someone else had to step in to help the waitstaff get drinks because Emily was nowhere to be found. This all happened on a very slow Sunday so I can't begin to imagine how horrendous things would be on a busier night.
Unfortunately it was a disappointing visit. Hate leaving negative reviews but it was disappointing. Limited menu due to only having one cook. I understand times are tough and weird— so that’s fine...Was a bummer, but I understand. no biggie. Got a drink menu and they were out of my first three choices of beer, so finally settled on a Blue Moon. Ordered my beer then waitress came back and we ordered two bowls of soup, and cheese balls. Didn’t get my beer until right after I got my food which was about 15 minutes after it was ordered. Hate to be picky, but beer glass was about 80% full and no orange slice for Blue Moon either. My gf who doesn’t drink even commented about how I got stiffed on that. Disappointing since I paid $6 for it after receiving it incredibly late. Unfortunately no apologies either. Cheeseballs were good, but the bowl a soup was pretty small for paying $7 for a bowl. I’m sad
The taco salad was awesome and my husband had the tenderloin and said it was great. Def will go back if in the neighborhood.
Had the patty smelt special on Saturday night and it was awesome! it wasn't a frozen patty and was seasoned awesome. Fun atmosphere too.
I had the chicken stir fry last night, and it was AMAZING!!! We have eaten here multiple times and it's always been so good!
Normally I would say we had a great time; however, today we had an absolutely unexceptional experience while eating a pre-valentines dinner at Brew Brother. Our experience tonight was anything but wonderful and the food was anything but amazing. After a 30+ minute waif for a table we finally were seated. Once seated we waited nearly another 20 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. Once our drinks came out we placed our food orders. We ordered a taco salad and the Valentine's surf and turf special. The food took nearly another 30 minutes before it came out and when it did the steak I had ordered medium rare was not only well done (completely dry in the center), it was at room temperature and the broccoli was still hard. Also, we had to ask the waitress to change out the silverware three times just to find a set that did not have food still stuck to the utensils - once we got a set that didn’t still have food stuck to it was covered in dishwasher stains and ultimately we just took them to the restroom and cleaned them ourselves. As for the steak, I would have said something to the waitress; however, we had already sat there a half hour waiting for our food in the first place and I honestly didn’t want to hold up the rest of our evening any longer. Overall, this was the worst experience we have had here by far and that was one of the worst steaks I have ever eaten in a restaurant, period. I wish this was not the case, but it was simply too poor an experience not to say something.
