The woman who was making the coffee today was terrible. She has blue tattoos on her face and had no clue how to work. 5 people in line and she is chatting with her peers. Waited for my coffe for 20 minutes before i asked for a refund. She didnt know how so she gave me whatever was made of my coffee. It was not a carmel mach like i wanted. No flavor. So i waited for 20 minutes for a terrible tasting coffee and the barrista with the face tattoos was very rude
Great staff very friendly and always get my drinks right. The only Starbucks I’ll go to now.

I was disappointed with my experience at this specific Starbucks. I always get the same beverage at every Starbucks, and this time, I was told I couldn’t get it the way I wanted it because “that’s not how they do that”. The drink was also VERY bitter compared to normal. Least favorite Starbucks location.

Fabulous coffee I love this place
Ok. So I love the employees and they work hard and this is not about them. This store is BADLY managed. It is chaotic and ALWAYS out of cold brew and don't get me started on their Nitro machine! Send that thing back. It should still be under warranty.
So glad they are back open after the remodel!
