I couldn't even order my meal. I asked at the drive thru if I could order the deal I received via the mail. They said some in and order online. I backed out went in and told em I have cash. No credit card on me. My stuff was hacked. Can I buy your food with my cash, it's says it's legal tender in the country. Long story short. No deals, no food, only time wasted, lessons learned.
Service with a shrug.The door was open so I went in. After standing around for a while, a woman behind the counter said "we're only doing drive thru. We can't take your order in here." Explaining that the RV I was driving would not fit through the drive thru. She shrugs and said can't help you.
Workers shortage 2 people 1 cooking the other working the drive thru - I still dont know what this is (picture attached)
I visited this location a couple weeks ago and the organization was awful. I waited about 15 minutes for my food, which is no big deal, because the food is terrific. I tried stopping in tonight a little after 7:00 PM and they were closed. No signage stating they were short staffed or closing early for the evening.
The chicken is way too little fire the prove. Excellent taste. Had friendly service and experience. Just the portions on things were small
This place has it's own hours whenever it wants. They're always closed when I come there at 6:30 in the evening. It's that dinner time???? Although their website says it's open until 10 pm. Liars they are.
Food wasn't very good. They forgot part of the order and charged us extra for product we didn't ask for. They seemed short staffed, but if your going to charge $60+for chicken and some sides you need to get it right.
Tried a couple weeks ago to eat here and it said they were open with all the lights on but no one was there. Today we tried again and when it was our turn to order, we got turned down and told to come back in 10mins if we weren't door dash, even tho there was 4 cars that had just ordered in front of us. I understand being low staffed and everything but turning people away instead of saying could you please wait, is not right. Definitely will not being trying to go there anymore. Culvers got our business instead.
We don't have a Popeyes near us. So, when we go out of town, we try to treat ourselves. The last couple of times I tried to go to Popeyes, (not this one) I was very disappointed.At first, I was a little irritated because their system was down and couldn't take orders. But I decided to wait for a bit like they asked. Within a few minutes, this nice lady came and told me I could come and order. They were so super friendly. Making sure that I got everything I needed. The food was fresh and my order perfect!
This place should be shut down before they kill someone with those old and outdated sides. My chicken was dark and hard, coleslaw was slimey and pink, and the biscuit rock hard. I wish i would have checked the food before leaving because I wasted $42. They have completely removed popeyes signature shrimp off the menu, and the staff is unbelievably horrible. I'll never go back.
