Really dirty place and not very friendly at all. Did not buy a pizza there.
Driver never showed up i was standing outside waiting for him he told his boss there was no answer at the door. If that was the case then why no call. I always tip really well. I'm done with pizza hut at this location
I placed a $70 online order before close through the pizza hut app. which assured me my pizza would be ready in 15 min. Upon my arrival 25 minutes later at about 11:15pm the person on duty notified me that he canceled my order because I placed it to close to the closing time. He made no effort to reconcile the situation, as I had driven a few miles for my carry out order. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as I've never had such an experience ordering food. I love pizza hut but this has caused me to consider patronizing other places for pizza until I feel better about pizza hut.
I was disappointed that I did not get the entire order delivered. While I did get the pizza and wings, I also ordered 2 bottles of Pepsi, but only 1 was delivered. The driver asked if I wanted the 2nd one, I said yes and was told she would be right back. The driver never came back with the 2nd one so this warranted the lower rating in my view.
There was barely any toppings and the pizza was borderline on being undercooked. Yet my bread sticks were one loaf not even cut, extremely dark on top and barely done on the bottom.
The food was good it was hot when it got here and the driver was pleasant
Maybe when your customer orders a big dinner box with wings you should put a top on the wing Packaging it got all over the pizza in the breadsticks and ruined everything
Always fresh hot pizza made the way I order it their crew produce quality pizza always a happy customer
The only thing I can think of is pay closer attention to what the customer has ask to be done for contact less order.
