We recently moved and I was trying to find a dinner resolution on July 4th. The food was great but more importantly their staff was kind and genuine. Thank you for making my first trip to this location a good one!
Ice cold pizza left on my front steps! I called the store and the manager didn't care at all that we finally got our food and it was not delivered properly. I paid $25 plus a driver tip and my food was left on my steps. The driver didn't know and just left it there in the cold! Text said it was on it's way at 6:32 pm and then around 7:20 pm I get a text saying it's delivered. I open the door and it's laying on my front steps in the cold. I told the manager this and she was rude and blamed me for the problem with delivery. After this experience with the LaPorte Rd Pizza Hut in Waterloo, IA I will not order from them again. Very disappointed in how the manager handled this situation.
My bf ordered pizza around 2pm today and it was there before we were home 10 minutes after. Then I ordered tonight around 9:30pm to my apt downtown and they were here with a steaming hot pizza within 12 minutes! I'm blown away by how fast they are with quality pizza! Well done!
My kids love their bread sticks and pizza! We usually have it delivered and it has been on time or a little early! Plus we are picky so we have weird pizza toppings together! Lol... They have never messed up! Which is amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pizza was cooked super fast, was absolutely delicious, the online ordering was simple, and the staff was fast and friendly. Everything was perfect!
waiting from 1:30-3 for food I ordered, I called they said they never recieved the order then I checked my email and saw the email confirmation from pizza hut so I called back and asked about my order and the lady said she tried to call me to verify the amount of wings I ordered (24) but didn't get a answer. I have no missed calls or voicemails.
I wanted to add on pasta but the wait was longer than I wanted to wait. Then the Mgr told me they missed our breadsticks. Since I had to wait for them he threw in my pasta for the mistake. Now thats customer service! I appreciated that.
