Do not eat there! Place is dirty bathrooms today it had fecal matter on the floors in the women's restroom. There was vomit outside by the front door. There was no staff had to wait 10 minutes to be seated in an empty place. There were dirty dishes on tables everywhere. NO Manager! I waited an hour for a half if a BLT and a slice of pie. Water looked like it came from the dirty dish water. Waitress left and never came back! Don't go there!
I was visiting family & our hotel was next door to this Perkins so it was convenient to eat there. Not ONLY was the food exceptional, the ENTIRE staff was friendly, efficient & very attentive during the time we were there!!! My Thanks & sincere appreciation to the Management & Staff for a job well done!! We'll definitely recommend & return again!!!
We had good service. Haven't had that for awhile. However, prices on the high side. Cost $38 for 2 people to eat 1 regular entree, no sides and 1 senior entree. Clean place and friendly service.
I'd give them 6 stars if possible! When you order the food gets to your table quick, my waitress was so nice, and food tastes amazing! I love this place and definitely recommend this specific Perkins.
Approximately 11:30am, there were 6 of us waiting to be seated (3 were there when I walked in)(they were NOT busy, maybe 3 tables had customers) as we all waited, there was NO acknowledgement from employees. 2 waitresses brought food out to tables, waitresses peeked out around a corner & looked directly at us. Finally someone brought out food to the 'carry out' area, looked up & acted surprised. After we were seated, our waitress was visibly eating food as she walked around as well as another waitress in the same section. Our check was left at the same time as our food, we were never able to get the waitresses attention, to order dessert or get refills. Management needs to get some direction at this location& step up the customers experience.
Came in last minute as they were closing the grill, and after finding out we were on a long trip they took our order anyhow and allowed us seating even after the dining area was cleaned. Much appreciation to those working this Sunday evening! I wish I had enough memory to thank you by name...
We waited too long to be seated - which should have been a clue. As we waited several members of the staff passed us and never greeted us. Because we are traveling we decided to wait it out.However, the kitchen was unreasonably SLOW. With the number of people in this restaurant it should never have taken as long as it has to get our food. Once arrived the food was good. But the delay is not good for people who are traveling.
We waited an hour for our food because there was a “cook in training.” When we finally got it, it tasted good until I found a hair that was definitely not mine in my food. Waitress was nice but she didn’t check in on us at all for the hour we waited.
Absolutely the worse dining out experience I've had in a very long time. We ordered our drinks, then the waitress said that they had to swap out bags for the coke so there would be a delay... then said said the machine was broken so we are limited to pretty much water or coffee... the fried pickles were insanely overcooked to the point the pickle was like fragile paper. This was my first time at Perkins, and after tonight it is my last...
