Drove 30 minutes to get a Ceasars Salad and couldn't get one because too early. 945 am. Even though when I Googled it said they serve lunch all day. Been a customer for years. Waste of time and gas.
I really don't understand why it's take more than 20 mins to put together a bowl of soup and a sandwich. That what I ordered in the drive thru and that's exactly how long I waited if not longer. And worse yet I'm sitting at the window and watching them get together other orders for drive thru that we're done before mine. I don't think I will come back to this location.
I’ve always loved Panera but this is absolutely ridiculous. Not only is this disgusting, but a health hazard. To be given expired food/cream cheese by like a day or two, understandable. But a year? ? Never again
I can't believe I am still waiting for my soup & a salad in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes & over 15 minutes at the window. If it weren't for the fact I already paid I would have left.. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. It's been quite sometime since I have ordered from here...it's definitely going to be quite sometime before I consider coming back.
They only care about customers picking up for themselves or customers in the store because they walk in and their orders are already sitting and waiting, or they order and have their food in minutes. Pickups for any delivery service is a nightmare anymore I’m constantly waiting over 20-30 minutes for small orders. I’ve been doing delivery for over a year and this store used to be fine with pick ups but now it’s like they don’t have a care in the world for our time, they just constantly tell me “we’re working on that one.”
The Waterloo Iowa location is joke. Food takes forever even when it’s half a salad. The employees are slow and even during lunch they make no effort to work quickly. Online ordering is also a joke. You can order it an hour early and they will give you a time saying it will be done but it is never done at that time. It’s at least 15 minutes after the time you’re given.
Did an online order for my lunch break so I didnt have to wait and loose the very little time I have for said lunch break, and it took them the 10 minute drive, plus another 40 minutes to prepare a salad. I would understand anything else, but a simple salad shouldnt take 50 minutes to make
By far the worst panara bread in the state! Made an online order went to pick it up. Order wasn't even started yet. I ended up waiting over 45mins for my order. When you question an employee they get very rude for no reason. The management in this place is non existing. Panara corporate needs to step in an replace the management an most employees. Very unprofessional employees an management. The hygiene in here isn't the worst but could be better! Will not come back here again
The food took a lot longer than expected but it was delicious. I love the new charged lemonades as well!
I’ve always loved Panera. But after I had to wait a half an hour for a salad and a drink I stopped going well I returned again this morning and I was waiting in drive-through at the speaker for about four minutes before I was even acknowledged I got to the window I waited eight minutes for a coffee I drove off I used to wait before but I got to get to work and these people are so slow there was nobody in the driveway nobody in the drive-through but me I remove my coffee app and as much as I want to go there I don’t got time to be waiting around on them it’s a drive-through I can’t even get my coffee quick through pick up oh I have to serve myself And this is out in the morning at 7 AM
