We used to love coming here, but have not eaten in the actual restaurant for a few years. Whether you are dining in or getting takeout, the meals are put in plastic containers and put in a sack, along with plastic silverware. The prices of their food are higher, yet the portions are smaller and I feel like there is no perk to eating in the restaurant at all. At this point, restaurants should be back to their original standards so customers can enjoy their dine-in experience. Otherwise, I'd recommend that you just get takeout and eat in the comfort of your own home.
This was always our favorite “Girls Night” stop. First time since Covid started. Was so disappointed. Even though the order was correct, had napkins and utensils and came nice and hot, will NOT order again. All 3 of the different dishes I ordered were so dry. Barely any sauce at all on any of them. Nice amounts of everything except sauce. I choked twice! If you order here, please have Alfredo sauce or spaghetti sauce on hand. You’re gonna need it. So sad!!!
Love love love their food. But last time I did a pickup order, I think they gave it to someone else. I waited 10 minutes in the parking lot and then went inside as the app said it had been ready since before my 10 minutes outside... I ended up waiting another 15 minutes inside. And then overheard the staff discussing my order - which was apparently made already and somehow missing.... no one spoke to me a out it nor apologized for my long wait. They only asked my name. Another 10 minutes and I finally had a meal. Was fairly bummed out.
The food is good. This was my first time eating at a Noodles and company and I thought it was good. The restaurant is nice and clean and new looking.
We walked in the door and saw a printed paper on the door saying they're only accepting online orders. We walked in to staff that was pretty frantic...they said that multiple people had not shown up for work. They told us that we needed to order through the app. That's fine, except there was somebody straightening up the dining room that could have easily come over to take our order at the counter. Other staff showed up as we were there, but didn't offer to take our order either. They seemed to just really want us to leave, not a friendly vibe at all. More staff showed up later, but we just had the feeling that they didn't want us there. It was my daughter's 16th birthday and she loves this restaurant, so we decided to stick it out. The food was pretty good. But this place seems to need better management overall.
Best chicken noodle soup I've had in a long time. Would recommend ordering from there. I have to dine in to check it out
Terrible service. On the menu it says make it a meal and under the sides it says flatbread, but apparently I can’t do that? Makes no sense. To top it off, the cashier was being terribly rude. I don’t remember their name but they had blue dreads in a bun. Terrible experience.
The food is great and full of flavor. Definitely recommend any of their mac n cheeses. The pick up only situation is nice but it would be nice to have a notification system letting you know when orders are done.
This place was really convenient and very tasty.
I was staying at a local motel and ordered the food using their web site. It took a bit to navigate the screens. There was a mix up in the order and it was not delivered. I call to complain and reorder the food. It arrived soon after. It was worth the wait. I order a soup and a chicken disk. The vegetables were not over cooked. Very fresh and tasty. The soup had 3 or 4 pieces of shrimp which is very unusual. I doubt I will drive through Foothill in the foreseeable future, but if I do I will make sure I get food from them!e
