With it being summer and all maybe someone should put the lid on the tea dispenser in the lobby oh but before you do that put some tea in it and wipe the counters down at least. It makes it challenging for me because I didn't have to ask someone for my drink and ice and they got frustrated with me because they had other things to do but that's my fault how???

Drive thru experience only..quick and friendly. I have been through here a few times and it makes for a quick stop to grab a meal on your way north out of waterloo. I have never had a bad experience or bad food.
This morning was the second time I've ordered an Egg McMuffin meal and when I opened it was an Egg & Cheese Biscuit. I guess if I ever stop there again, I'll have to hold up the line and check my order while I'm still at the window. Sad that these people are making anywhere from $13-$18/hr and can't get a simple order like that right!

They cant seem to put the burgers on the buns. Makes no sense... got bacon on mcdouble for no reason. Got a patty in 3 pieces just stacked on. These people need to be fired.
