The managers there need to learn to not yell at their crew in front of customers or make them feel stupid. I felt for the guy that was helping us. You could tell that he was new.The dining area was a mess, fries all over the floor, etc. The napkins were completely out, and no ketsup. When they finally brought our food out, the fries were cold and horrible. That's the only reason we come to McDonalds. Had to stand in line forever to ask for salt and ketsup.
Wasn't great. My daughters hamburger had a white frosting inside (icing?)Chicken nuggets were cold and hard, fries were also hard and cold and there was way too much salt that I'm pretty sure was dumped after they had been sitting cold in the warmer for a while. Employee at drive thru insisted that I was to pay for my order on the app even though I had the code to pay at pick. Not my worst experience with McDonald's but I don't plan to visit this location any time soon.
Employees could be more professional and move a little faster like they care about being a fastfood restaurant but overall orders are correct 8/10 times and drive thru is polite
Things were good, liking the electronic order boards, much better for accuracy. Food came out fast. Tried the ranch dipping sauce but was not my favorite. Only problem was there was no toilet paper in the restroom.
Went threw drive threw got my daughter a happy meal with apple Slices rotten tried to get the person who was bringing other people food out just to grab me a new bag no big deal she refused told me to go back threw drive threw kinda annoying because it was 30 cars deep do better McDonald’s The expiration date on his Apple’s still says good for 2 more days
I went through drive thru . It was speedy, my food was hot, my soda was crisp and the staff was friendly.
A good place to eat just prefer supporting a small business restaurant but they are usually to hard to find
Never fails they messed up order again. Forgot one of my burgers and my code didn't ring up. Disappointed but at least my drink was cold.
They have horrible costumer service, they screwed up our order on multiple occasions, and they made us wait for an hour. I like McDonalds, but these people make me McDonalds Phobic.
I always try to be understanding. Mistakes happen. But somehow they manage to screw up my families orders every single time we have gone here in the last several years. Staff is usually very pleasant though
