Garbage service. I got two pizzas the other night and the blonde delivery driver forgot one of them! She said she would return with the other pizza asap but she never came back. I tipped her five bucks and said I’ll be expecting you back… when I called to ask about it they said she’s on a delivery we can’t ask her about it now. I said I’m done with MAMA NICKS forever ??
We spent $60 , for the worst Pizza we have ever had!Who came up with that awful crust recipe? It was white, dusty with flour, doughy, and had no taste! There was almost no sauce, the cheese was TASTELESS, and the bits of chicken were totally driedout! The wings were not great either. THEY WERE NOT QUITE DONE! The pizza sticks, were just a big mess of heavy, TASTELESS dough, with anemic cheese. Never again! So DISAPPOINTED!
I ordered a pizza to be delivered but they had a $25. minimum order. I only wanted a personal sized pizza, so had to order something else to equal the $25. I told them to text or call me when they pulled in the drive but they left it outside on a table to get cold. Then when the store called me back it was too late for me to have them make any changes, etc. They food is good, but their website ordering is confusing. Also, they used Door Dash and they website is currently down, and has been down since last night.
Hadn't been here in ages, and had a great experience! The pizza was fantastic with high quality toppings. The service was excellent!
We haven't had Mama Nicks since before my husband had to be gluten free.I heard from someone else that their gluten free crust is great, so we decided to give it a try. He had George's special and said it was one of the best GF pizzas he's had.Child and I had Regular crust and chicken, which were as delicious as always.
Always a great experience. George makes us feel like family each time he sees us. Food is easily the best in town.
I travel to the Waterloo area numerous times a year for many years but this was the first time I stopped there for lunch. The pizza and the service was great!! I definitely will be back!!!
Last visit was a horrible experience in so many ways. We haven’t been back since.
I dont ever do reviews but I can't explain how disappointed I was. It was something I've never had before and we ordered it for our family Christmas. For the amount you pay there was nothing to the pizza. When it was delivered it was cold like it had Sat and they made it 2 hours before it was delivered instead of making it closer to the future time I had set for delivery. One Pizza had no sauce or cheese and the other was meat lovers with hardly any cheese and very low toppings. I had never seen anything like it. Again very disappointed in what we received. Everyone hardly ate.
Thanks for a delicious lunch today! and thank you to our delivery driver who was awesome and went the extra mile! My coworker and I are full and very happy!
