Great resturauntServer was friendly and did a great job making sure our lunch was enjoyableI only had soup and salad others from our group had different mealsThey all said their meals were very good(Didn't get pics of theirs tho)
Very few are able to cook a steak to my expectations. Nailed it! Perfect and Sooo good!
The service was excellent. However, I ordered the biggest steak well done and it took them three times to cook out the pink. The manager got it cooked right and paid for the steak himself,Outstanding !
Great atmosphere. Great service. Little too salty for my taste. Waitress said we Might suggest to lighten the seasoning next time. Very willing to make it right with us.
Our experience was great from the moment we walked in the door. No waiting and our waiter Tayler was the best. He didn't lose anytime getting our drink order, taking our orders and even answering our questions (as we have never been here). Food was delicious and cooked to perfection! If you get chance to try this place do it! It's a steak house so prices are what you'd expect.
Well I have so many mixed emotions about my visit here. Our server was Bobbi (who seemed like a total dweeb) and when we told him we were celebrating that we finally had been able to get a marriage license through a Chinese back channel, he kinda gave a side eye. Never mind there was two men on a date in the booth behind us and he never seemed to bat an eye at that. The food was incredible but when me and my new wife who happens to be my sister started kissing at the table, it just felt like everyone was judging us. Then at one point a sever walked by, paused in front of our booth, passed gas VERY loudly and said "oh I must've stepped on a mouse!" She would do that two more times as well and each time she wafted the smell in our direction trying to be discreet, but not at the same time. Clearly it was a chemical warfare attack. Overall the food was incredible but I probably won't be back. My uncles best friend ate my wife's left over shrimp and had a horrible reaction. Kinda upsetting that we weren't warned that the shrimp was seafood, but ya it was delicious. ROLL TIDE!
I got a 30.00 medium rare steak and it came back just under well done. I usually don't complain, but c'mon it's 30.00. they quickly took it back and my new steak was PERFECT. The manager came and talked to me and apologized and we had a great meal.
Food was amazing, like always. Server was ridiculously slow & they were not busy. Asked for an extra butter & tea when food was brought. Didn't get tea until half way through meal. Too late for the butter then.
Passing through Waterloo and stopped here for dinner. It was busy for a Sunday night and we ended up seated at the bar and ordered our dinner there, as well. The food was good — we had a dinner salad with chicken tenders perfectly fried and a chopped steak dinner with a baked potato. Our compliments to Ashley, our bartender/wait person. She was SO busy, but always gracious, professional and her service was prompt in spite of being swamped. We would definitely visit the LongHorn again!
Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Professional, courteous service. I had parmesan chicken with sweet potatoes. My wife had sirloin with baked potato. Both were excellent. And we love the warm bread. No wait when we arrived, but quite a crowd when we left.
