Went to LJS last week I ordered a fish and shrimp combo add a piece of fish got my food and drove to a park to eat because they don’t have the dining room open due to being short staffed when I got to the park and opened my box I had one piece of fish I called the store and told them they took my name and address and said they would send me a coupon for my meal that was a week ago and still no coupon I live in Cedar Falls it should have gotten here by now I really like LJS but don’t think I will be back since I can’t even get what I ordered
Just calling to see if they were open was a hassle. Rude and not forthcoming with info. I just wanted to know if they were still open for the day, dddaaannggg!
They had given me the wrong type of burger ,we ordered a cheeseburger with 2 things bacon and cheese but we got like 3 three things we did not want on my burger and it took forever to get a new one and the bathrooms were dirty
Had great service from the girls upfront, wish I could remember the names of the two but they were recently engaged.All the way from Denver CO! Ty

Had the fish and chicken dinner. Very tasty.
Food is delicious and fresh. Staff is friendly. The inside of the store needs a little tlc. The floors are super greasy. When I was sitting at the table, my shoes were sliding all over. My daughter slipped and fell because of how greasy it was.
I enjoy this LJS! My food is always fresh and delicious. Just this past time I went it was super greasy, like it went straight from the fryer into the box. Otherwise I love eating here. The drive thru people are always so super nice!
Just finished eating my delicious food from Long John Silver's in the crossroads area. I went inside to place my carry out order. They were sooo friendly and helped me with my coupons. It was very clean inside also.VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE?MUCH APPRECIATED AND HARD TO FIND THIS FRIENDLYNESS ANYMORE?
The food was good but I miss their tarter sauce.Heinz tarter sauce doesn’t come close to their tarter sauce.It’s like eating Chic fil a without their chic fil a sauce.
