Called the phone number rang 25 times no answerWent in. Told I would be helped in a few minutes stood there forc15 minutes was ignored will lever go back
I highly recommend nobody get food from Little Caesars on San Marnan Dr. in Waterloo Iowa. I got a pizza with a cockroach in/on it.
Disappointed in service,what appeared as mgmt was attempting to train another employee or possibly another mgr. criticizing & yelling isn't the way with a lobby full of customers( this mgr should have led his team thru their rush 1st and corrected mistakes after) the price was outrageous for 3 pizzas & 3 crazy bread. After seeing how ridiculous the prices are,and witnessing the staffing issues, I will not be returning here!
Watched a guy with no uniform walk in from outside after smoking and head straight back in the kitchen. Manager screaming because door dash got the wrong order. Place was total anarchy we never picked up the order.
Food was not good at all! The bread sticks in Mason were better then these. Could not taste nothing.
It's a hit or miss sometimes really good sometimes it just sucks depends who's Makin the food

I asked the guy handling my food to wash his hands and didn't. Said he would but just didnt. he had long green nails which he used to touch his face, scratch his nose and touch bunch of other surfaces. I'm eating this pizza , but my nerves are bad during, they lucky I was hungry and on a time limit.
Ordered of the app for delivery and did not get everything and they wont take responsibility or even offer to replace it tell me I have to deal with doordash and cant get ahold of them eaither!!! You will sure take my money and be rude as hell last time I order or go here
