This used to be my favorite KFC.Their food quality, staff, and cleanliness were second to none.However, we stopped in 2 weeks ago and the restaurant was filthy, food was room temperature, the staff was too busy visiting to wait on me, the kitchen was disgusting, and there was a greasy cloud hanging in the air.I figured they just got done with the supper rush so I figured this was a "one time thing".Nope.We stopped in last night around 6:30 PM and the restaurant was still disgustingly filthy and the kitchen was even worse. That greasy smoke cloud was still hanging in the air too.The food was hot, but was greasy and dripping.The biscuits were hot and fresh.No cookies put in the meals. No loss here. The pre-packaged cookies could double as wagon wheels and taste nasty anyway.The staff acted like it was a huge inconvenience to wait on me.The health department will definitely be getting a call first thing Monday morning.On a side note... if fast food workers want $15+/hour then I want my food fast, hot, right, served with a smile, and a clean restaurant.The fact this location has gone so far downhill is a direct reflection on the owner, management, and corporate.

Love the Chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy and bisquits.. The only thing is we didn't get and honey or they didn't ask me if I wanted any condiments. I forgot I had just came from work and was ready to come home.

KFC's removed our favorite Bucket. It's costing more now to feed a family. The chicken is still good; sometimes there's a wait due to technical issues and staffing issues.

Try to go through the drive up this afternoon was told they were about out of food and their cooks didn't show up And was told to get out of her line as I drove by the window the lady working the window flipped me off Just shows a lack of management at this store And the uneducated people working there

Employees were wonderful...But inside was very unkept...Windows and doors were covered in handprints and don't get me started on the bathroom... To put it nicely it wasn't even close to Closing Time...

Horrible service I sat in driveup for 10 mins nobody asked for my order. The vehicle ahead of me waited also and left before I got up to order I waited and left drove around the building and drove back into line 2 vehicles ahead of me again we waited 15 more mins before any of us got to order So no the service there was horrible. I go there alot but the last few times have been very bad so I won't be going back

Drive thru was so slow I couldn't even wait to pay when it was finally my turn. My car was running out of gas after 45 mins of waiting. No meal, just waisted time and lessons learned.

Food here is good and consistently good. We always dine-in. Their drive through is always busy. Workers are always friendly. I would recommend getting KFC location.

Very poor experience. It has been a universal truth that every order I've had from KFC, at least one item was missing. At the very least, everything was there. But that's where the good ends. That's it.Service was terrible. Drive thru attendant was slow and rude. The cashier ignored me.All that for stale fries and chicken. They were out of 3 of their staple items. Just goes to show how bad their inventory management is on top of their food prep and customer service management.If you doubt your choice in going to KFC even a little bit, listen to it. It's not worth it in the slightest.

Sat in drive thru at 5:55pm. Want pot pie and wings. Don't have any ready will be 30 minute wait! Seriously it's meal time. Get prepared!!!
