Good Jimmy John's. Friendly staff and fast service.
I would recommend going to subway, all the jimmy johns in the Waterloo/cf area are below par in service and the food is hit and miss- I cannot go back after tonight. No more.

Excellent customer service! I had a small issue with my delivery order and it was promptly taken care of to the point of going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this location and I will be ordering from here again.

I was charged two times for something on the Jimmy John's website. I called and my message was not returned. I called again and I was told by the owner, Jeff, that he would get it taken care of right away. It is now the day after and almost a week after the initial charge, and I still have not heard anything and they still have my money. Just hoping I can hear back from the owner sometime soon.

Sad I’ve had them delivered here 10 times never got my Freebie sandwich however service was Great food was awesome and when I ordered by phone today I asked for extra veggies she ran thru a whole list of what she called “Freebies” (for veggies I always had to pay for in the past) and I got a dose of nothingness for veggies ! Why call em FREEBIES IF your not going to serve them to your ‘asking’ return customers ? For the money spent I could’ve just gone to the grocery store. I can appreciate that no one is going to work right now, but come on yo SLOW DOWN THE DRIVER WAS LATER THAN NORMAL WHATS THE SAMICH GUYS RUSH. Lack of veggies.!’ Long time , no order for long time .
